Actually downloading Deadalus wallet is a pain at least from my experience, it literally gulp down all my data bandwidth Grin

and not to mention i have to wake up at wee hours of the morning to have strong signal for a bit fast download Cheesy

Didn't even know about an alternative wallet if not woulda certainly go for the latter, well i guess it's time to pickup some ada again now, hope they can develop lite version for a second option.

That is amazing article article and it is worth for it to read and understand why Cardano is different than other existing blockchain and how secure that. Thanks for sharing this update link no doubt ADA will be next big thing.

Cardano is the first peer-to-peer transaction system based on scientifically tested theories. It aims to combine the transactional properties of Bitcoin with the Smart Contract and the DApps system of Ethereum.

Those statistics are showing how much work is going on in development but once again I would like to say they will have to come out with some light wallet or bootstraps for chain to make syncing easier and faster. I never experienced this bad with syncing/restoring any coin in so many years. This will be hurdle for adoption for new people they must pay attention to this syncing issue seriously.

I will switch to lighter version of wallet off course but first to recover my ADA tokens. I see last upgrade brought unpleasant experience to many users those were using Deadalus and unfortunately support is poor. They need to work on existed issues before moving ahead. They wrote article by self declaring issue has resolved without feedback while we are facing restoring wallet issue.

Of course, there are alternative ways! You should only use Daedalus if you want a full node; if you don't want a full node, use a light-client wallet such as Yoroi.

Sorry to mix up Deadalus wallet with this project I'm interested to know to speed up this wallet restoration? After last update from the Deadalus wallet it is into restoration process but they have very poor support team and I would like to say this is the most stupid wallet and the team ever I seen.

Are you trying to restore any wallet OR trying to update your Daedalus? Roll Eyes

BTW, where did you contact the "support team"? Telegram? Cardano Forums?
