Cardano is a solid project. But it won't replace Ethereum. It is a combat like TRON vs Ethereum. But who knows what can happen in 10 years. But for the moment, Ethereum has still a stronger support than Cardano.

The only ethereum killer is ethereum. There are a number of projects trying to make this claim, but basically none of them are live. Even with better tech, it will take a long time to uproot ethereum since it has wide spread adoption and corporate interest.

I'm still going to buy some ADA when it deflates a bit because it's an interesting project, but it's way overvalued right now from what I'm seeing.

That's certainly true, mate. While no other cryptocurrency can outmatch Ethereum in terms of development and innovation, Cardano is the closest one followed by EOS. Despite being slow in development, Cardano has reached far within the Blockchain industry. It just needs mainstream adoption, the same way Ethereum has, to become extremely popular. Considering what the future holds for Cardano as a smart contract platform, today's prices per ADA are quite a bargain.

With Charles Hoskinson leading the way, there's nothing stopping Cardano into becoming a full-fledged smart contract platform that could rival Ethereum, EOS, NEO, and other alternatives. Decentralized applications as we know them, are the way of the future. Hence, instead of Cardano destroying Ethereum or vice versa, both projects could work together in order to make crypto land a better place. Just my opinion

I agree ada is not even close in terms of capitalization not to mention the fact that you can outrun him completely , I think ada is still work to do to overtake the Ethereum!

true it seems that it doesn't match coins which are under it ethereum want to compete because, nowadays ethereum electebilitas in my opinion now is getting better and better under it bitcoin if other coins might be able to increase but slowly but, if ethereum goes straight up.

Highly unlikely it will beat ethereum. This coins has been talked about for a long while now and what has it produced? Its just another one of them coins with a high supply people buy loads of and want a big profit from.

I have been very skeptical about such things lately, because a couple of years ago I heard a lot about Cardano surpassing Ethereum. But two years have passed and I see that Ethereum is a success and occupies the second place in capitalization, while I hear only prophetic statements about the success of Cardano.

We have different Idea about that. But for me ethereum is really hard to destroy because everysingle month the ethereum become more powerful and strong. Maybe soon ethereum will destroy by other coin but now the most potential is ethereum and even the Cardano don't have ability to destroy the ethereum. You know ethereum can beat the bitcoin to it's place as number 1 or become the highest value to all coins.
