This certainly can not be. NEO EOS probably had a possibility, but I do not think that for Cardano.
I somehow not especially paid earlier attention to Cardano. But seeing such statement I think it is worth getting acquainted in more detail with technology.
I think Eos wanted to kill ethereum and now cardano seems there is some kind of alliances to kill ethereum , thats why price of it went down.

This will be good to see, I am however not sure this could happen soon as Ethereum looks strong despite its limitations. A strong community is one of its core strength.
There are better technologies than Cardano. It may replace eth but another coin will replace Cardano for sure.

let's talk about Blockchain 3.0 after they do something or at least improving their codebase,for now it's just another crap coin with a high level marketing from the team,unlike Ethereum.
also,if we are looking at our current system and environment.i think it's much more better calling NEO as the next generation of blockchain itself.

Ethereum blockchain has proven its worth with the communities by creating wider coverage in terms of technology. A lot of projects have been created through this blockchain. While Cardano has just started and need to prove its worth with the industry. Its technical lapses will just to show after some time.
I do not think Cardano will replace Ethereum, this is too soon for compare. Ethereum have strong communnity and miner, dAPP. Too many project use ethereum to ICO before mainnet launch.
