What do you mean by individual access? We think that do not trust the information of a single source and rely only on the authority of the company that stores it. Decentralized and secure storages around the world are the new standard where the only data owner is you and no one else, no matter where it is stored at a particular time.

The backbone is cloud storage which is still a very young market since most companies and individuals still prefer in house data storage capabilities. Being one of the firsts is a big step forwards in the good direction for the future.

This is great since members of the government are also supporting this project. They are beginning to understand that blockchain in general has plenty of possible applications specially in government services since they are the largest employer in a certain country.

Yes it has the same concept as hard drive which is to store data but the difference is that,  Casper is cloud-based or internet-based that is why it is intangible, Casper is more secure or should I say fully secured.
