Just as a FYI, the BBR kernels that are available are so old that 970s are faster then 1070s. They haven't even been updated for Pascal. Please for the love of god someone fix the miner and update it.

there is something weird about 1070 memory accesses, I've seen that on the m7 miner as well.
and bbr is all random memory access.

Just as a FYI, I'm approaching 100% failure rate on my EVGA 1070 model 5173s. These are the first gen pre-pad cards. They almost 100% guaranteed don't have the pads if the bios is .70 or older. .72 come with the pads installed.

Kudos to EVGA and not testing their shit. All the other EVGA models (even pre-pad) are fine. It's just these really cheap ones. Guessing they skimped on the VRMs in addition to not adding the pads. They're really PoS.

You may not have problems with them if you mine Equihash, but if you start mining some of the more demanding algos they'll start burning out on you unless you install the pads.

I have couple of those and one of them died for me so far. But i dont really care since EVGA gives me my money back and I buy a new card with new 2/3 year guaranteee. So i would like all of my cards to die Smiley

EVGA HAS SOLID SUPPORT AND RMA POLICIES--

I have received direct replacements on all my EVGA components. With about a 1 week turn around time (in the USA), I get a new replacement for any component that has failed.  It usually takes just a phone call after a web registration.   It has only happened once or twice, actually, but the technicians I spoke with were friendly and helpful.       --scryptr

Yup, RMA is pretty good compared to about 3 weeks on Gigabyte when they ship it to Asia, but they shouldn't be dying in the first place.

DCR got pumped today pretty hard. Actually pretty profitable to mine itself.

1412 is the lowest of all maxwell's I have Smiley
And minning since may 2015.

Wich card? EVGA superclocked?

The 750ti is a shitty asus single fan version without external pcie power.
Others are some asus strix 970, gigabyte g1 970 and g1 980.
I also had a 960 kfa2 mini and 2 gigabyte 750ti dual fan with additional power...
All above 1400Mhz long term(1y+) stable mining 24/7. The record holder is by far an gigabyte g1 970 with 1567Mhz.
All others are between 1412 and 1480Mhz.

I just care about the temperatures and dust. I never let them get over ~73°C.

Oh my, eager to see this, any idea of your price or will it be fee based ? Expected hashrate ?

Good luck Wink

I have already started on the cryptonote sp-mod #2. Version #2 will do around

900 on the 1070
600 on the 1060 6gb,
550  on the 1060 3gb

But I think I can optimize more.
I think I will add 2% fee and small donation to download.

Very nice Wink keep up the good work !, kinda agree with amph thought, fee + donation seems a bit high. We'll see how you much you are asking Smiley
Would be interested in the TDP you are running your GTX 1070 too, because i run them @50% to see if XMR is interesting @ this TDP i would need the numbers Wink

Old post. While everyone was busy with the z-cash rally I worked some months on the private monero miner.

The klaust miner gives me exactly 300h/s with 8x60

But 8x60 doesn't work on windows 8 or windows 10.

An old ccminer from cryptomining blog... 30, jun 2014
Driver 376.53, Win7x64 -l 8x60 1412gpu/3198mem

1412. That is high clock.. The pic was taken in 2015 and I don't remember the clock, but I think my test card was an asus strix 750ti. The 970 does more than 500 with oc. Did you try the cuda 8.0 version by klaust? I only get 200Khash and 8x60 doesn't work...

Code:
rem this is a helper script to start xmrMiner

rem the word "rem" at the beginning of a line is a line with a comment

rem please substitude with you Monero adress
set xmrAddress=put yours

rem passwort for your mining pool (very often only a x)
set poolPassword=x

rem mining pool webaddress
set poolUrl=stratum+tcp://mine.moneropool.com:3333

rem set here the launch param to tune xmrMiner (see xmrMiner_VERSION.exe --help), e.g. --launch=8x3
rem example: set launchParam=--launch=64x3
set launchParam=--launch=8x60

rem greater value means more interactivity of your system but lower hash rate
set bFactor=1

rem time between a kernel start
set bSleep=100

xmrMiner_0.2.0.exe --url=%poolUrl% -u %xmrAddress% -p %poolPassword% %launchParam% --bfactor=%bFactor% --bsleep=%bSleep%

pause

New miner for cuda devices, now idea how it performs.
https://github.com/xmrMiner/xmrMiner-Win64
That is one sketchy ass github. Is there a bitcointalk or other thread to go along with this? Who is the author?
Guess he doesn't go to BCT... References I'm finding are here:

Surprisingly no one talking about Pascal, just some mentions of cloud mining.

Didn't know that klaust's ccminer was slower GTX Titan X than my private pascal kernel on the 1060 3gb..
The reduced tdp 1060 3gb use 60 watt. the titanx 250watt

Monero sp-mod #1 300khash on the 750ti is available for a 0.05btc donation. (maxwell cards only. 750ti, gtx 970)
What are the 750ti's clocks?
My shitty 750ti does allready 305h/s with the public miner...

Wich miner, driver,os and what launch config?
