The lyra2v2 algo is good today on NVIDIA.

Vertcoin/ Monacoin / Verge

Mona give 0.06208BTC / GHASH right now.  ($1.88 per day) on the gtx 1070 @ 40MHASH
Equihash@nicehash is only paying ($1.28)  on the gtx 1070 @ 250MHASH
Hi SP_ i did some tests with the lastest TPRUVOT version and i can reach 33M on Lyra2v2 not more.
at that speed a 1070 is not profitable, better stay with zcash on NH or even eth

New feeminer for zcash (2% fee):

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ewbfs-cuda-zcash-miner-1707546

250MHASH works on all pools.

Can anyone verify it?

The virustotal scan is clean, but the link is posted on a newbie account...

265-270Sols/s ON A GTX 980ti--

The NiceHash EQM miner gets 210-220 Sols/s on the same card.  The new fee-miner works on NanoPool (with a ZEC address) and NiceHash (with a BTC address).       --scryptr

EDIT:  The binary scanned as virus-free, also.      --scryptr

ANOTHER EDIT:  Mostly rejects on NiceHash after 1-2 minutes.  Haven't tried on NanoPool for a long period, but I suspect it would run just fine there.  NiceHash has proprietary stratum protocols.       --scryptr

Mining is in the dirt now so I hope to release more tools for you with more speed.

1. Pallas, Cryptonite Windows build bugfixed and sp-modded.
2. Skein pascal sp-mod
3. Lyra2v2 pascal sp-mod
4. Monero pascal sp-mod

pallas xcn is doing 35MH, can you reach that speed? it's the most profitable right now, even considering poloniex price it's near double the profit of zcash for nvidia

I still don't get the 250 other people are getting. OC'd (+600 mem) my 1070s get 220 a piece on the latest.

You need to run 2 or 3 instances of the miner and sum the numbers. then you can reach 250 easily.

on a serious note, wasn't sp going to release a 170 sol miner for all pool? are you waiting for zawawa release sp?

I did a short attempt with Silent Army 5 cuda port and only got 140-150 sol/s with oc. on the gtx 1070. The nicehash miner is doing 260 with 2 threads (heavily modded tromp kernel). So I guess you need some heavy modding to get it up to Claymore speeds. 1-2 weeks fulltime work at least.
All because the $10000 student opensource miner is so shitty...

Pretty sure Equihash can be duel mined due to the available overhead. 1070s aren't remotely fully utilized. Probably could throw some SIA in there. Obviously you can't mine anything that uses memory, but SIA is almost entirely GPU.

Trying to duel mine right now with Equihash and a seperate miner leads to lower performance. You can't adjust the intensity down enough on miners to get them to work together nicely. I've been asking for a duel miner for ages for a bunch different algos, but if instead devs could make their miners work together better that'd also work.

this bensam guy...talking about scrypt being profitable when there were asic already, it's like saying that in 2013 mining btc with asic was more profitable, who care, we were talking about gpu here... this guy is a farce

nvidia was very profitable at that time and a 750 was very cheap, especially second handed, not to mention the instamining up to summer 2014, that make everything else not worth mentioning, but i was doing it with amd thre...

and yes my address was posted a year ago...

If 470/ 1070 turns to negative yet another crypto has failed.

there is actually xcm to mine with 1070 which is very profitable if you have the pallas miner that do 30MH, well if you are a coder that can reach that perf

You talking about the little PoS ASIC gridseeds that were buggy, inefficient, and hashed worse then a 280x? Yup... Sure... There weren't real ASICs till '15.

Who cares? It's what we're talking about. Mining is influenced by all hardware.

It doesn't matter how cheap they are if they didn't produce hashrate or there wasn't volume available. Scrypt was huge at the time, as was mentioned, you could mine three times as much with a 280x then a 750ti. It wasn't till '15 that Nvidia was remotely decent, CCminer and SP definitely helped make that happen.

750tis were new in '14. There was no 'second hand'. All GPUs are cheap second hand though depending on how new they are so this doesn't even matter. 'Instamining' has nothing to do with 750tis, AMD, or Nvidia. You could do that with any hardware.

That's neat... last year was 2015... Not 2014 or 2013. As was mentioned you can always edit such posts as well if you own the account. The only one that can verify that is a forum moderator or administrator that can view post history.

Pallas never made his miner public and there are still no windows binaries.

hassles aside, my point was simply that there was profit with nvidia and it was not small at all, if then was possible to have better profit with amd or asic, was not the point of my discussion to begin with so...

i bought my 750 a bit late so there was definitely second hand on the market already, i remember this when i was purchasing them, but i purchased the new brand because i don't like second hand stuff on HW tech

And my point was that there wasn't and Nvidia was nothing more then a hobby project before '15. Occasionally you made some money, but that's definitely all AMD in '14 up until the end. Don't argue or contradict someone else if you're going to decide you want to go to lolipop land and decide you weren't even arguing with them to begin with.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GeForce_700_series#GeForce_700_.287xx.29_series

They were released in Febuary of '14. Perhaps you did get one used... You wouldn't get any sort of a deal on it, much like buying a 1070 used right now (which you talk about resell value all the time of Nvidia yet here you're talking about how you got a good value buying used).

No? you aren't that smart as you always try to claim. I will now report every of your post to mods.
So if you get perm ban don't wonder..thank me.

Einstein said..you know what i want to recite - but you fill all the infinity with idiocy at least in here.

Yup, I'm not smart because I refuse to do what you want...

Why you acting like a small child?
Please stop with your trolling in here.
No one is really interested in that.

HAH... I'm a small child because I refuse to listen to what someone else says? Here bend over and let me fuck you in the ass. Oh no, you don't want me to do that? You're a small child. Good logic.

The weird thing is, neither of you are part of this discussion yet you're trying to stick your dicks in it. If there wasn't a discussion, we wouldn't be talking.

More profit in modding cryptonight.... The best kernels are from 2014 and on NVIDIA the speed can double or tripple with a little memory magic.
I don't have time anymore to do free work, thats why you don't see any opensource pascal modding from me...

zcash: New coin supported by fiat, not really anonymous, thats just marketing and lies...
Monero: Old coin supported by organic growth, drugs and rock'n roll

Freework or any work. There isn't anything to buy.

BTW Amph, nice regurgitating trying to talk about other things just like me.  Smiley
