Order placement is possible with WebSocket API. Moreover, when using WebSocket API, you sometimes just don't need additional calls, and although WebSocket API is limited as well, it may solve your problem.
okay... you wrote that I can subscribe to something. So does that mean I can subsribe to an order I placed, and get notified when it is partly or full filled? That would be great, because most of my calls are every 5 seconds asking the open orders, to check this.

I'm not that familiar with the API terms... websocket does mean it is for read access only, right? So I can place no orders or simular with this?

I have a big big problem with your low call limit of your trade API. 600 calls in 10 minutes is much too less. I would like to have at least 5 buys and 5 bid orders at your orderbook and monitoring them all the time and change the price as bitcoin price elsewhere moves.  But this is not possible with 600 calls. I just can place 2 buys and 2 bids.

So how to get more calls? Can I use the websocket API to get orderbook information, to save a call at trade API ?

OMG sorry about my ignorance.

But i think there are many people like me who still think you as a cloud mining service which sinked down.

We are working hard on trying to change such perceptions of CEX.IO. Thanks!

Cloud Mining is no longer avaiable on cex.io from month now due to the value drop of btc last year, but i think you can still trade ghs

I wrote here because it could be a general withdraw problem, but Cex answered it is not, so okay.
Of course I already wrote a ticket and it was redirected to the finance department.

@Cex: Still no answer from your finance department since 20 hours now. Do they work on weekend?
It is very frustrating that the withdrawals did not arrived before weekend (= took more than 3 businessdays). That's why I want to know the reason to make sure it won't happen again... like I said, all previous withdrawals were very fast, that's why I presume there was an issue this time.
I'm posting this here to get info, how long I have to wait until I get an answer from the finance department.

@Serpens66   No criticism or hatred but I would suggest to write to support in this case. Such issues about $$ are not good to be discussed in public...

It just my opinion. I had a deposit pending for a couple of hours and I wrote to support and they could not help me but they diverted the ticket to finance department(Not sure if they really did) but some Mary helped me instantly...

All previous withdrawals were at my bank account without problems one day after I got your "funds removed" mail.

Where do you find your devs?
Can you not tell the difference between 4 and 5 stars?
Really, given the attention this has produced you really should double check everything you do, as you only seem capable of making more mistakes each time you change something.
This is one of the reasons that cex.io  lost 90% of their active userbase since last year.
