For example, if someone is worried about not being able to spend their advertising money, then they can get bitcoins on the exchange, convert them to USDT and pay a $1 fee, withdraw them somewhere to pay for some of their monthly or other payments.
Or... A more up-to-date approach to this: open a lightning channel, and only exchange LN-BTC for fiat whenever you want, without minding the on-chain fees. You don't need to forfeit the ownership to lots of your coins to just pay the bills.

EDIT: Seems fees are getting worse. Currently need 800 sats/byte so for a simple 1 input 2 output transaction people are paying $50. Getting worse and worse every few hours.

It's simple, using bitcoin from your wallet is extremely unprofitable, so it's easier to ask the manager to change the address to any exchange's address where the received bitcoins can be easily converted into something more profitable for your spending.

Even if it goes to an exchange address, there will still be a BTC fee if I want to withdraw. Its why Binance had to halt withdraws because their system wasn't design to perform withdraws for fees over >500 sats/byte.

So whether I withdraw from my own wallet or an exchange the fees will be very high anyways. But yes, it would of been smarter to just send it to an exchange and let them worry about these small balance inputs and let them combine all the dust on their own.

Well boy do I feel dumb.

Been hodling my payouts from BestChange, so I basically got tons and tons of inputs on my wallet. And now looking at the BTC fees of >500 sats/byte I am hitting myself in the head for not combining all these inputs into 1 output during the days of 1-2sat/byte in fees.

Guess I am forced to hodl even more since right now I would lose 20% for each payment. Since its at least $20 for a BTC transaction and all the deposits are $100.

Hopefully the fees go down in a couple of weeks.

Well, I am leaving this campaign and this is my last post wearing the BestChange signature. I will remove it after this post.

I have been in the campaign almost since the beginning, I think since the third week and I must admit that it was not an easy decision and it was not made overnight. 170 weeks, it was a good time and I must say I enjoyed it.
Here I would like to thank the Best_Change team for their very professional and correct cooperation. I hope they are also satisfied, and that I represented them in the best light helping strengthens their brand here. This is certainly not the end from my side, because I will continue to promote BestChange on other channels through the affiliate program.

All the best to this green family and may this campaign continue for a long time. Who knows, maybe I'll join again sometime  Wink



To make sure there is no confusion, this decision has absolutely nothing to do with the previous discussion about delays and panic that someone mentioned. I had complete trust in Bestchange.


The delay and panic is probably not related to your decision, but something tells me that it is related to another topic that I touched before. Looks like it's time for some to start panicking a bit and start taking some action to keep the green team from running away. Grin

I think the Bestchange signature campaign will be sorely missed by the participant who was there almost from the start. Well, what can we do, we will feel the loss, but life goes on, right? And to you, examplens, I wish you success in your new endeavors and I hope you will change your mind and return to us. Wink

Actually, today I wanted to share one significant event for me (I hope, not only for me, because old members are now worth their weight in gold BTC Cheesy) against the backdrop of such sad events. Today is exactly one year since I started participating in the Bestchagne signature campaign. There is some kind of evil irony in this: one participant leaves after so many years, and the other celebrates the next day his 1st year in the ranks of the green team. Of course, I am almost the youngest of the participants, but I could not even imagine that I would become an old-timer of this campaign (if I may say so), which became the longest for me.

As I have said many times before, I am honored to be among the participants, and I would like this year not to be the last with Bestchange.



Returning to the issue of the rate, if we are talking about a possible indexation adjusted for global inflation, this is quite a fair request.The campaign has been around for more than 3 years and it might be time to adjust the rate. We promise that we will raise this issue with management and will try to adjust prices in the coming weeks if our budget allows such an increase, so that it does not affect the long-term stability of the campaign. We hope to be here soon with good news.

If we talk about rewards for those who have been with us since the start of the campaign, we will try to celebrate it on the next anniversary, or at least on the 5th anniversary of the campaign.

We've been here in a green family together for years but now you left us and found another one and I think IMO, you're the one BIG asset of this family who always supports Bestchange.

However, I respect whatever your decision is (leave the green family and accept the greenzone offer) and follow your own path and do what feels right for you.  Good luck!

On the other hand, I don't question the pay rate IMO, I personally didn't even reach the maximum weekly post quota which seems I feel guilty somehow.
Despite a busy schedule outside, there's no reason for me not to reach out with the 10 minimum requirements post weekly and I'm glad that Bestchange still counts me in until this 171 weeks since the start (day 1).

 I wouldn't say that I am not shocked by your decision, I am honestly surprised.
Well,  I am not supposed to be surprised, maybe I am being a kinda childish or something like that. In as much as everyone has the decision to promote any company or stop promoting at any time, but there are names that are so accustomed to a particular brand.

I am sure that he didn't find out about the vacation suddenly and it was most likely planned earlier. It appears that you're in a state of panic. I actually noticed this earlier when I became aware of the delay in payment and observed that participants were also panicking. I didn't feel the need to ask the manager when they would be returning to work since I've worked with them before without any issues.

Nonetheless, I would advise you to remain calm and continue to show your support. Best Change is one of the longest-running signature campaigns on the forum, and I have been with them for a long time as well. Personally, I wouldn't mind promoting them for a few weeks without payment even if the manager disappears without paying. As long as their website is still operational, it doesn't matter to me. This is simply a gesture of appreciation towards Best Change.
In my practice, this is not the first case that has a good outcome (I also remember that last time you also replaced the manager for a while), so I continue to believe in the good reputation of this campaign and don't at all expect fraud from the management of BestChange.

In my comment above, I spoke about the banal awareness of the campaigners about the changes, which is an indicator of good tone. But jokes should be taken as jokes, and not as a manifestation of panic.

Giving a gesture of appreciation to a BestChange is not a problem for me either, but does it give me full moral right to a gesture of goodwill, expressed in a timely (or preliminary, not a couple of days after the fact) announcement of campaign changes? Wink At least from the position of a participant who acts within the framework of the rules established by the campaign, which means that he has the right to receive information about delays in payment, manager's vacations and other organizational issues in a timely manner. Or am I misunderstanding it somehow?

There is nothing perfect in the world, but after the elimination of this trifle by the management of BestChange, I would be able to say that this is the ideal signature campaign in my opinion.

I doubt it. Some of us here are in this campaign for too long and delays like this is unlikely an issue and its proven in years of staying at bestchange. Maybe some would fret but if you trust the person handle the campaign then its nothing to worry about. Besides, The cryptovator has been assisting bestchange as always. I feel other participants are not worried too.

Not all participants panicked because the manager didn't tell us when they got their vacation. I've been paid on time for weeks, months, with no issues and obviously if last week late for obvious reasons it's not problem for me to be patient.

I think some of the participants panicked very quickly after 170 weeks without problems. I'm not the first attendee who probably won't ask when the manager came back to work and paid us for the week gone by, but some will.

That was why The Cryptovator dropped the information for you to be awared of the changes. Yes as you said, the manager would have informed the participants before handing over the management, but for my thought the movement came suddenly and to inform you guys did not come to his mind at that moment and all at the moment was the brainstorming of whom to give the job. So he informed The Cryptovator to maintain the campaign at the moment. So at least information as been given by The Cryptovator of the change,  this is an emergency change so work wirh the temporal new manager till Bestchange comes back. Greeting to all participants. This my thought .
