The rank of the slot would have mentioned to avoid un-necessary applications. Now because the rank was not mentioned so those who are not qualify also I applied, I also did but when someone told me that it is meant for only Legendary member at first I argued with her but when she asked me to checked the spreadsheet and I did then I came to discovered that the one slot is only for Legendary member. Therefore, all the Sr. Members that apply for this one slot is just like waste of time but was caused by Best_Change because they did not specify. So when such happened again I will advice you to check the spreadsheet before dropping the application so that you would not be ignorant of application.
