OP need to be updated since it's quite not appealing for seeing those outdated words, It needs beautification so that the owner could get a best result in terms of promotion since they can lure more people if they post a good presentation with informative information regarding the service/website.

ANN therefore and serve, you build one of the respected signature campaigns and you should use it to promote your ANN thread, of course within the forum rules.
We can see the improvement on your signature campaign since you started it. At first its realy bombard by issues regarding your services but you proves your legality and all accusation were just a mere allegations. @Best_Change you can add a rule about "Post bursting: Posting more than 4 posts during an hour, and 10 posts during the day are not allowed."
When I am in good mood and have things to talk in topics then in an hour I really do not count or feel to see how many posts I am making. This post bursting theory is not very much good-looking to me. It's for those members whose sole motivation is making posts to get paid in the sig campaign they are in.
Coolcryptovator, thank you for your suggestion. However, at this moment we do not want to complicate the rules for the participants too much. We think our message is quite clear. Also, sometimes there happen heated debates on the forum, and as a result forum member can go over 7 or 8 posts. We do agree with you that this is a rare case though. But 25 posts in 1 or 2 days is most definitely a spam.
Examplens, we agree that the Local board also has a potential. But as cryptoaddichie has noted to check the posts quality we would need the knowledge of many languages besides English. Another thing that complicates it is that not all Local board participants speak English and it would be difficult for them to use our website. That’s why at this moment we do not count posts in Local.

Maybe suggestion about local board posts, it is still some discussion among the users of this forum. People from local boards are also a potential beneficiary of BestCHange service, here is no reason to demotivate post in the local section. Maybe with limit 3-5 post per week in the local board can be eligible for weekly quota.
I also posted on our Local board, and I think many of us too but posting on Local are rarely seen valid on some campaign with the exemption of Chipmixer and some few others. I understand why BestChange didn't count it as valid post due to the nature of their business hence it will not so beneficial to them. In addition, it will add more work for them to understand different languages posted by users on different local boards. Having said that, Im not sure if Google Translate can be useful on this case. But if bestchange allow your suggestion it would favorable to us too as most of us probably somehow posted there.
