My Constructive Review:

Registration Process:

This is my first time to visit MonkeyTilt site and I tested it. I have reviewed many sites previously but I found this site to have many unique features and it felt me very different and good. Let’s start review with first step registration process. Registering on site was quite simple,easy and fast and we can registered in site via Email. I would recommend to add other registration options like Google account or phone number etc. Registration procedure took only few minutes and it was a quick and user friendly process new comers easily complete this step and use it.

After registration, when I go to login section and fill my login details my account successfully logged in. But I received a "Back to Login" message even my account was already logged in. I hope MonkeyTilt team has fixed this error. Overall, I did not face any major difficulties during registration except this one and everything was okay.



UI Design and Other Features:

After log in my account, I found MonkeyTilt site very attractive and looks so sool. Interface and color combination are unique and site work smoothly. There are two options Casino and Sports in top left corner which I really liked. The profile section had a ranking system which was new to me and very interesting. 

The live support service is great. They respond quickly and answers to my questions in simple way and easy to understand.

In site, many other languages are available if someone English language is not good  they can switch to their local language and use site easily.



Deposit and Withdraw experience:

After testing site interface and other features I visited deposit and withdrawal section where I noticed a "Buy Crypto" option but this option is not available. In deposit section, I found two options: Deposit Crypto and Deposit Fiat but Deposit Fiat feature are marked as "coming soon". If MonkeyTilt add this option it could be very beneficial for their business.

In crypto deposit section, many top cryptocurrencies are available. I selected Usdt (TRC20) and I received a deposit address and QR code with a warning message showing that address is use for only one time. I found this feature quite good as it was my first time experiencing it. QR code worked quite good but I did not see any details about deposit amount like minimum or maximum limits. I think add such details would be helpful and good.

In withdrawal section, I found two options as well: Withdraw Fiat which is not yet available and Withdraw Crypto. Many top cryptocurrencies were available. When I tried to withdraw Usdt I noticed there were no details provided about transaction fees, withdrawal time etc. I hope MonkeyTilt team adds these details in future.



Casino and Sport Experience:

After reviewing deposit and withdrawal sections I visited Casino and Sports betting sections. Generally, I commend the GUI as it provide a good User Experience which is very impressive, I don’t think a visitor should have any issue with navigation and usage besides, the help & support  center is there to handle the needful.

Support:
Tried the support bot only and it was okay and fast to response, it also connected me to a human support as soon as possible when I needed one .

Deposit:
I only got accessed to the crypto section and it support the most likely used cryptos for deposit.
I think there could be more network support of USDC & USDT  plus maybe more crypto list to have  more options to select .

Registration and Login :

Registration
I suggest placing two password boxes in the registration form. This will minimize the risk people mistype their password and hence the support requests and burden on the IT infrastructure. Otherwise the registration process seems straightforward.

User experience
The first thing that hit me was the goldish/Christmas look. The designers nailed the Christmas spirit IMO, I'd say that.
The monkey logo brings back the good ol' bored ape NFT hype.
A thumbs-up for the feature to export the bets in CSV for the data nerds out there.
I would like to be able to opt to show the balance in the respective crypto denomination and not in US dollars.

Improvement points: the platform gives me a little feel that is still in construction as there are a lot of pages in construction: Shop, Crypto, Poker.

Funding
I like the interface, but I don't like that it is not easy to see the deposit minimum. It would be a nice touch to dynamically change the crypto logo in the right function of the one selected in the dropdown.

Both the deposit and the withdrawal went smoothly. I used Litecoin though which is known for its speed.



Gaming
It is a shame that live games are not working for me at least. I was looking forward to those. Human interaction even if it is through video, really improves my experience in casinos.

I created my account without a problem, but after that I faced some weird issues. After the account was created, a website for registering a new account appeared. That baffled me a little bit. I thought that it was because I didn’t activate my email address. However, after clicking on the link that I got in the email, I got an “Activation failed” error. After a while I realized that my email address was activated by default, without me clicking on the link received in the email.

Depositing funds

I deposited a small amount of BTC to my account and everything went smoothly. Well, except for the slow Bitcoin confirmation, but that’s not up to MonkeyTilt.
One thing I noticed is that USDT and USDC can be deposited only through the Ethereum (USDT and USDC) and Tron (USDT) networks. It would be great if more networks were supported so that a user doesn’t need to pay expensive Ethereum fees. However, all in all, depositing funds was a simple task.
A big plus is that MonkeyTilt supports all major cryptocurrencies like ETH, DOGE, SOL etc.

Overall playing experience

I noticed that even though I deposited BTC, all bets were in US dollars. I’m not sure if the conversion is done at the time of the deposit, but since the amount in USD didn’t change during time, I guess it’s like I described. I would like it better if a user can choose to bet in a certain cryptocurrency or in the USD.

Upon entering the website I noticed that the design is clean and friendly which is important for a pleasant experience in my opinion. The calm colors of the website with the black and yellow combination are easy on the eyes, making it comfortable for gamblers who tend to spend long hours playing. My experience on monkeyTilt has been overwhelmingly positive. Signing up on the site was a breeze-easy, straight forward and efficient. While on the process I noticed and appreciate the clean and ad free interface, an amazing change from the cluttered and distracting layouts I've encountered on other websites. The absence of random pop-up has created a seamless browsing experience, allowing me to focus on exploring the platform's feature. I was curious about what Monkeytilt means which is why I did some research and found out that it is a poker phrase implying a series of bad beats/decisions. Interesting that poker is still 'coming soon' in this context.

Personally, I really liked the black and golden theme of the website which gives me Black Panther vibes. The UI is neatly organised on mobile and the performance is great too without any issues whatsoever. The ability to customise wallet styles in a detailed manner is a nice touch and the plethora of privacy plus marketing preferences are a great addition too. The VIP dashboard looks quite stylish and organised too.

First, I'd like to discuss the MT website's user interface. I like the concept of automatically detecting the language of the user who accesses the website.



Next is the game's concept because it is already featured in the casino's first page and you can also find it in the side navigation of the platform.





It seems ideal that the casino welcome banner already on the landing page should include the trending games and trending sports so people can easily navigate to the games.

Well this is my first time using MonkeyTilt.com and the signing up process left some good impression,  because it was fast and I didn't encounter any error I just filled the required details , and everything went smooth and fast .

FEATURES

 I don't know about the old website though but the interface of this new website is really Nice , the website is easy to navigate (user-friendly), all the games are easy to access, one don't have to start stressing he or her self before they could understand how to navigate the website, so the developers  did good work . So I went through the ABOUT US feature and everything there was well arranged, like the policy  , where you can find (Terms of service,  Privacy policy, AML policy and payment policy etc. ) , they all contained some nice article that give proper understanding about the website. Signing up

Well my first experience signing up wasn't the best since my country was among the restricted countries as well issue using my mobile to register due to the Pop Up.

This was before the update. After the update, My country including others quite alot if I must say were added and I was finally able to register.

Deposit : My dilemma was knowing if I could using a CEX wallet for deposit for I later optioned for a non custodial wallet. I didn't really pass through much making deposit since I make use of address rather than Qr code.

Gameplay experience : I haven't really tried their casino section since I'm more on Sport booking and I haven't noticed any bug and Would state it quite easy to navigate in my opinion

Graphics : I'm a fan of the graphics especially the dark theme but these are quite annoying when using mobile since some of the theme are quite big and would make certain option hard to click during signing up and login in.  

Support : Now this is my favorite, There customer service is spot on and quite active in the forum. When I was passing through difficulties during registration the team helped including other user. In summary their mindset for customers satisfaction and their growth is quite attractive and an advantage in my note to many commpetitior.


What I would worked upon : I took notice that there has been an improvement on the graphics in relation to the mobile but I found out during my registration that picking agree or any option require checking a Box are not really highlighted. It would be Good if this is worked upon.
