Well my first experience signing up wasn't the best since my country was among the restricted countries as well issue using my mobile to register due to the Pop Up.

This was before the update. After the update, My country including others quite alot if I must say were added and I was finally able to register.

Registration and Logins

• My first visit of MonkeyTilt 🐵 was the registration page via the banner in the OP, and I believe what I saw is basic and functional but more can be done here... it would be nice to register/login via social logins like Google ,Facebook, Metamask etcetera to avoid having a mountain of passwords for everything , and it will make it more convenient for users to access the platform.
  
  
• I like that extra addition of eligible jurisdictions button right in the open before registering, havent seen that anyway and this wont give users an excuse for not seeing it in a case of playing from a country not supported . #ignorance_is_no_excuse

User interface

• Like the MonkeyTilt theme used here, screams it was built from the ground up and not some off the shelf package...**i could be wrong ** but overall like the personalized touch to it.
• Like the color combination used here really blends in well and easy on the eye, UI works flawless and did try website both on phone and desktop & works well

Coin support + (Deposits and withdraw)  

• I like the Email Verification Required before deposit,  this means accidental signups with a wrong email address is removed, but thought the standard was to do it right after registration to gain full access of platform.
• After my email verification,  I was happy to see a good number of major coins are supported here which is a huge plus, but i think coins based on Binance need to feature here considering thats the biggest exchange and I think this chain is widely used
• For BTC deposits, I see SegWit bench 32 address is supported here which is a good thing as technically this means faster transactions and lower fees which are benefits that will be passed on to the user
• For withdraws, great to see a minimum of $10 is used here  which is inviting to all kinds of gamblers as competitors in the crypto gambling industry mostly go for $20 or $50 as the minimum.
  

Gameplay experience  

• MonkeyTilt 🐵 being both a casino and sportsbook,  I couldn't wait to try out their sportsbook to see how their markets are priced and stream games while gambling unfortunately had to wait because I want to try out the 250K wagering competition later on and had to opt for one or two games on the casino with demo funds and went with the "Apes favourite" slots & experience was excellent.
  Played Duel at Dawn slot by Hacksaw and as expected game was flawless and enjoyed hitting those multipliers.

• Signup process should make it mandatory to verify email address before anything else,  because its very much possible to type in a wrong email address, I have seen this happen with others and i have done it before   which means losing access to an account is possible should it get logged out.  
• Some interesting Promos that MonkeyTilt has, that wager 250K for a thousand $$$ reward is a must try for everyone.
• Lack of deposit bonuses, which is something that should help the platform grow, though i see several wagering bonuses (incentives) waiting here , so i guess it counts as a bonus
• QR code for deposits does not work,  hope this gets fixed as it makes depsoit process super easy
• More coins/tokens need to be supported to give users choice of what they want to use.

Sign-Up Process: I like how straightforward the sign-up process at MonkeyTilt is. All you have to provide is your email address, and that's it. Many platforms would ask for more information, which isn't necessary, IMO.

List of Eligible Jurisdictions on the Sign-Up/Login Page: It might not be scarce, but it's rare to find such information right on the sign-up page when you join a platform. I think it's a great help for newcomers on the platform to find this information quickly without having to go and look through the ToS, etc.

Home Screen After Logging in (on PC): When you log in on the platform, the first thing that you see is a blank screen with "MonkeyTilt" written on it, and then you see everything after you scroll down a bit.



I think it would look better if this screen isn't left empty, but the content you see after you scroll down should be on this screen with the same space as the background.

Deposit Page: Some people complained about the QR not working, but it seems it has been fixed. However, I have noticed something else that I wanted to point out. After you select the crypto you want to deposit and click on "Deposit", that page with the deposit address and QR code has unnecessary space at the bottom, and it allows you to scroll down even though there is no content available, which makes it unnecessary to allow scrolling.



So, for design sense, it would be better to remove the scrolling option from that page and make the space disappear because the content already fits the space without scrolling. I'm accessing the platform from a PC; I don't know about mobile or other devices.

Deposit Page Bug: If you stay idle or go inactive by changing tabs for a while on the deposit page where deposit information is shown, you get this message:



This should only be shown when a transaction has been detected. If the session times out, the error should be different and should give an error by saying something like, "Session Timeout. Please refresh the page and try again."

Chat Requirement: I think having a chat requirement is good for avoiding spam and stuff. Still, the requirement should be a deposit limit rather than a wagering requirement because some players might deposit a specific amount and lose it before reaching that requirement. Still, they should at least be allowed access to the chat as a customer.

Customer Service and Team Responsiveness: The customer service is excellent. Customers can chat live with an agent or submit their requests through the Zendesk-supported help desk, and the response times are surprisingly quick. It would be unfair not to mention the fast responses and actions of the team regarding feedback provided on this forum. Before the new platform was launched, I noticed a slight issue with the "Remember Me" checkbox and its functionality, and I provided feedback to the team on their ANN. When the new platform launched, the problem was solved.

First Impression of the Website 
Upon entering the website I noticed that the design is clean and friendly which is important for a pleasant experience in my opinion. The calm colors of the website with the black and yellow combination are easy on the eyes, making it comfortable for gamblers who tend to spend long hours playing. The site aesthetics are well thought out that creating an appealing and relaxing environment for users, with a very unique designs, not making it look like another copy template.

Registration Process 
The registration process was quick, requiring only basic details username password country. However, I was not asked to verify my email right away which could lead to problems if I mistype the email. If someone forgets their password and needs to recover it later we may lose access to the account if the email is incorrect. I recommend that you add email verification as an immediate step during the registration process to avoid such issues in the future.

Email Verification Experience 
Later on the second login it requires to verify the email before being able to deposit or play. This step is an excellent security feature that is not always available on many online casinos. I can say that implementing email verification s an extra layer of account security and prevents issues such as users mistakenly entering an incorrect email address during registration, but it could be in the first registration process, better in my opinion.

Website Design and Graphics 
The website is very attractive and well organized. This shows that MonkeyTilt has put significant effort into creating the visual appealing platform, each icon and picture looks great besides the animation of some sections. The overall layout is easy to navigate and gamblers can easily access different sections, even it is loaded but still super fast to me.

Deposit and Withdrawal Process 
While Im not able to make a deposit due to my healing process from gambling addiction, I did notice that the platform offers a low minimum deposit which can encourage new players to try out the platform without risking too much for a new platform. However, I encountered the same issue or thing which is not familiar to me with the deposit address as it was generating a new address every attempt along with a note saying it was a one time address. This can be confusing especially when trying to ensure the correct deposit address. So it may not be safe for someone to deposit a second time without verification.

Sports Section 
The sports betting section is organized and the transition between different sports markets and tournaments is fast. I only find the toolbar cannot be hidden on left side, which makes the events and matches information smaller and not totally accurate, for example, the score of a match is showing on the second line.

Casino Section 
I visited the casino section and the games load quickly, though not as quickly as the sports section. It is understandable that slots and live casino are both loaded sections and that might be the reason of a delayed loading.
I could try the fun mode of few slots, it’s working well and I have noted that most or all my old favorite slots were available without any need of VPN or restrictions.

In total, the site has a great sleekly design with easy navigation, animation and there are a few areas that can be improved upon like the timing of email verification and the deposit address issue.
