Positive:

• Really easy to do deposit, because it provides several cryptos such as Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Dogecoin Tron, Litecoin, and Bitcoincash. Signing up

Well my first experience signing up wasn't the best since my country was among the restricted countries as well issue using my mobile to register due to the Pop Up.

This was before the update. After the update, My country including others quite alot if I must say were added and I was finally able to register.

Deposit : My dilemma was knowing if I could using a CEX wallet for deposit for I later optioned for a non custodial wallet. I didn't really pass through much making deposit since I make use of address rather than Qr code.

Here is my review of the the MonkeyTilt casino experience:

The site in itself is easy to navigate and everything is accessible through the first page, signing up is very straight forward you just make a username and password and you put your email, but the extra step of choosing your country seems unnecessary for me because anyone who is form a non supported country could easily chose another one and bypass it you are better off blocking ips from the non supported countries, as for the email verification i think it should be the first thing you see right after you sign up and before you can access the site and not when you try to deposit. another thing to notice which is a big thing for me is there is no 2FA which is a major security flaw which needs to added as soon as possible.

The site accepts various crypto currencies and i am sure they will try to add more over time along side fiat as well, but there is a thing that it says that the minimum withdrawal amount  of all the crypto is 10$ which is weird because i don't think it take in account the transaction fees which for bitcoin especially could surpass that so that should be something to look into, also i am not sure if there is a minimum deposit amount because i can't seem to find it in the deposit window nor in the FAQ, alongside what is the minimum amount for betting in games because i don't know if it is just me but i tried to play a game to find out what is the minimum amount is but it gives me an error instead of saying that i have insufficient balance or saying what the minimum is so that should be something to add as well.

So here's my review (not in any particular order):

1) The landing page seems well done with game lists instantly loaded without high wait times. I love how the original game icons are designed with the website's logo.

2) The side chat animation seems extremely slow when the side menu bar is closed/open.

3) Maybe I couldn't find it but there was not a single promo offer to me as a new member signing up. This would be a turn-off for a lot of gamblers who are lost in a sea of new casinos popping off. 

4) The popular bets section below the Bet-Slip needs to disappear once I start adding bets to it. There should be a way to hide it on the UI as it's cluttered and adds unnecessary scrolling on the page.

5) There is a huge wasted space here on the landing page which could be utilized to promote a promo offer or the whole Ryan Garcia partnership. I don't see any content unless I scroll to the very middle of the page.



6) On the right-hand side of the menu, there is no option to navigate to the original games. It's only after going inside the Casino I get an option to go to these games. The pre added filter to view fresh games, and table games is great! Haven't seen this feature on a lot of other casinos.

7) The support icon constantly stays on the bottom right is kind of annoying especially when playing slots. There should be a way to hide that icon as one doesn't need to constantly be aware of having the support.

Some of the missing features I noticed:

• Couldn't find Self-Exclusion

11) Just a general opinion on the icons, some of them aren't very intuitive but having a hover on the browser makes it obvious. That wouldn't be the case with mobile. Users can get really confused about what the icon represents as logically a "banana" doesn't mean much in the standard icon's space (in your case is MT originals).

12) Currently the chat is only in English. This can be improved by having multi-lang chat rooms.

13) Generally, I feel there is a lot of moving animations where not needed like the VIP section of the website. A lot of moving images and sliding titles are not the best UI in my opinion. While it's great to have that on the landing pages having that all over the site makes the experience a bit laggy.

That's about it I guess I did try to check the socket messages & other performance-related issues but couldn't find anything worth sharing here. Although I was confused as to why there were multiple separate sockets for bets/chats/accounts I guess devs would have different reasons to do so. Microservices Architecture perhaps. Registration & Login: The process is straightforward. After registration, I received my confirmation email within seconds (This is one of the sites on which I didn't have to wait in terms of time)

UI & Design: The UI is pretty impressive. It's my first time seeing Betting Selections on the left Nav. I would say it tells that MonkeyTilt has a good design team

Language: There are 22 different languages in the places; however, some countries combine English and the Local Language, so yes, that's a good option.
Also, I was welcomed with my local language after logging into the website. It's impressive that a brand can think this ahead for being a new one. Most brands start small and gradually progress as they learn. I think MonkeyTilt has a competent developer team to work on this.

Coming SOON: Poker, Crypto, and Shop are showing coming soon. Suggestion: It would be great if users could have an approximate number of days/months of the release of these options.

Sports: There are many sports to select from. First and foremost, i think the the form of simplicity in signing up is cool, in terms of the graphics and how much the icons are well placed to help navigate easily, saves time and as well have easy access to the site.


After loading the site, on the loadout page when this popped up, despite understanding what to chose i think it would be more appreciated if this upgrades can be initiated automatically as long it has most benefits, clearly the essence of doing upgrades is to enhance user experience, comfortability and security, so doing so automatically seems more like the preferred option than giving choices.

First Impression of the site
 To be honest, I'll say that MonkeyTilt did a good job with their graphics design, it looks very attractive and organized and I love that they upgraded into a better version from the previous one. Some companies don't really put much effort on their graphics but I love that this company took their time to make sure the site is eye catching and once you open the link it would motivate you to immediately register and see the features they've got, that's one very good way of attracting customers and it's cool that the team handing that aspect got it right.

 On account creation, I noticed one very big error after input of username, mail and password. Yes the interface on the platform now seems pretty friendly and can be navigated through easily without stress but what security measure is put in the email. I mean after inputting a mail, I was automatically registered without the mail being verified.
 
 What happens when I miss a letter or interchange something in the process of putting my mail? Then when I forget my password and want to retrieve and maybe then it will come to the notice of Monkey Tilt that the mail was actually wrong, then that way, I’ll lose my account and funds in it. So I suggest after a step of inputing mails, verification should be done also, it's very important and they should work on it.

Verification Process
 I noticed noticed that users have to verify their email before making deposits and play games, this was what I was being specific about in my previous statement. Well, it’s commendable that the issue on verification of mail was now resolved whist trying to deposit and withdraw which I must commend the team but what then happens after using a wrong mail to create an account.

 In order to avoid loss of account and alterations with users and potential customers, while registering a verification mail should be sent and maybe also sent while depositing or withdrawing also to serve as 2-Factor Authentication kind of thing, I think the verification process would be much preferable upon registration instead of after.

Conclusion
