cheapest coins with the real teams, how about cardano the price is very cheap and also binance coin they are good for long term for me.

If me i will look on new tokens that show their team, because a lot of cheap price token can bought for now, some ICOs only have 5-10 GWEI per tokens and in market they have big chance to up more than that.

Binance Coin still 9.66$ almost 10$ if suppose we count and really this is cheapest coin you recommend for buying. KCS and Bibox is cheaper but not growing coin. I am trading with Hot and PKG coin. HOT is already a big coin no doubt, it is listed on some big exchanges. A few days go, HOT coin pumped and investors and traders made huge money from the HOT coin! And PKG coin is giving very much profit to everyone! Traders are very happy with PKG! I know someone, who made 78 ETH by investing only 11 ETH! Though at this moment, the price is down too much, But The PKG team will buy back from the dumpers to make price stable and high again. I think these coins are very good at this moment. PKG huge pumping when some exchange listed it and it's true which guys invest 1 ETH in ico than they got profit 10 ETH selling rising moment. But after few days PKG price almost around of 50 satoshi unbelievable fall down. HOT is really best coin also i have no doubt about this coin because it listed binance, coinex and latoken exchange. 
If I going to buy cheapest altcoin that I know have potential I will buy more ripple. Because the ripple progress is good they have a lot of partners and for sure many projects will come to ripple because they will see the potential of this coin. More ripple is good to buy now because price is more cheaper.

I have few recommendations for you one is PolicyPal with real team and real use case. The team are really working hard in marketing and now they are listed in Bittrex and maybe listing in Upbit will be next. Second is Telcoin, they have already getting great progress in the Philippines and I think they are already got approved by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. I see in doge and sumo, the value is so affordable and so it certainly has a movement that is a little slow but gives a little profit. To learn to invest and understand the movements that occur. I have watched the CEO (I guess?) on one of the popular youtube channels and I think that's a paid one for endorsing them through interview. If you are aware of "Asian Boss" youtube channel, I came to watch one of that video about Storm. And I've searched it if its a real coin then it seem to be real and its like a platform for people that are looking for task. This isn't that big coin but I think it has a real team but I'm not sure if it will collapse soon.
As for me, cheapiest coins with great potential and small cap sre Merculet, Hero, Egretia, Airblock, Pchain and Sentinel.
