What is cheapest country in Europe to start a business?
And where do you pay less taxes?
I see somewhere that when you move to UK you don't have to pay taxes for a certain period of time. Is this true?

It is not only about not being taxes in Europe because you want to have access to infrastructures and be close to your customers for some businesses. You find the best skilled workers in Eastern Europe compared to their cost.
Maybe you want to research more extensively.

Stay away from Greece if your business is serious. If however its quite shady or doesnt want to follow laws corruption will help a lot here.
