Yes I concur to your saying I was a newbie growing gradually from this board there nothing lacking in the board called beginners and help that newbies can't get though I stand to be corrected, u think it's unwise to flood here with another thread or forum for newbies why the existing one is serving the same purpose, is like trying to even isolate the newbie from some senior men who may even guide them more, them operating here in beginners and help can make them grow faster as correction is likely to be given as mist if the experience people comes in often. For me I don't see need but just as others said if the admin deem it necessary such can be introduced.

Beginners & help is best suited for newbies and there is no need for creating another child board for them again and any question any newbie like to ask, they should ask in this board answers will flood the question. Though Op I will not debunk or rebuke your question and I believed it is just a suggestion to see the opinions of the forum users and I think nobody will agree with on such demand because the forum is well structured and designed. Everything is working perfectly.

And the only thing we need now is the number of merit sources. I know two had left the forum and they have not been replaced so we need more.

Beginners and help board definitely serves its purpose. If these newbies will consistently visit this board, I’m sure they will learn easily in the forum and will gain those crucial information in a short time that they need to know so they will never mess up in the forum. While those other boards are certainly useful than the other, but if you are still starting to explore in the forum, then focus more on this beginners section.

You're right knowing the rules and regulations of the forum is very important, this will enable us to navigate the forum even without anyone telling us about what to do in the initial time. However with the help of those rules and regulations you will get to find out the dos and don't of the forum, if you take your time to read the rules and regulations of the forum probably there are some certain things you can do without seeking for help from anyone that is why reading the rules and regulations is very necessary.

Well, that's right, as it will help them to know what they are doing and also to be careful in this forum, also to avoid mistakes that will make them lose their account or their efforts.

As it is said, knowing the rules and regulations of this forum as a beginner, helps them in many ways like being patient, and how to start up their account, knowing how to post to earn merits and so on and as you said, they can ask questions in anything they don't understand, if newbies as this ideas, they won't find it difficult or regret to join this forum.

Beginners and help board is very helpful for the newcomers joining the forum newly. and it is the best board for newcomer to start learning in the forum, as it will be very helpful for beginners and also find the forum easily and accessible. Furthermore, most of the forum rules and regulation are all in the beginners section of the forum. So you can see that starting in this board is very crucial for a newbie.

 And also any question of a newcomer as long as it is not a technical question it get discussed here. furthermore before a newbie proceed in the forum the rules and regulations is compulsory for them to know and it will be very easy for them to operate in the forum.

You made a point that except the Admin finds it necessary. You should know that the admin finding it necessary does not mean that the forum is not well planned as it is.

I think your feeling of trying to make a good impact to the forum is understandable as at a very beginning level one always things here are not proper that some things needs to be added however, as time goes on you will have to understand that the forum is already in a good shape as it is right now. I was once of this kind of opinion until I read further about the forum and I knew it was perfect already.

Now, to be more precised this forum has lasted for over a decade and about 4/5 years now which means almost everything here has been deliberated on over the years yet has not changed that means it's all correct. if the forum need such child board as you called it, in this 14 to 15 years this forum have existed it would have been changed but since it's not necessarily it has not been altered. So you should know that everything is fine with where they belong, so no need for additional board for now except the @Admin finds it necessary.

I think that this forum is very well planned and organized and any newbie that is serious to learn will not have any trouble doing so, we have sticky threads and if there's any areas of cryptocurrency that they don't understand, all they need to do is start a topic and ask questions. Newbies should not totally rely on this forum to learn about cryptocurrency, they should carry out research on different areas of crypto, then they can come here and either share their experience with experienced members for better clarity or ask questions on areas where they don't understand. I doubt that creating new child boards will help newbies better, we have enough materials and great minds to direct serious newbies.

I joined this forum without any crypto knowledge, i became active and learning from the discussions while also making research from what I've learned, if I don't understand anything, I simply start a thread and ask. A very big thanks to everyone on this forum, there is no hesitation to collectively finding solutions to questions raised.

A welcome message to newly registered accounts with basic information about the forum will be a welcome development as far as I'm concerned. I didn't know that something like it has been proposed in the past, hopefully it'll be implemented one day.

What is the need for a child board? Maybe you can broadly differentiate the different between beginners and help and a child board.
Children hasn't here and there would not be a something like that. We are talking about Bitcoin which we all know that Bitcoin investments is very risky which can not entails any child or teenagers to come in and start investing without know the risk that are attached to the market. This is purely based on investment and that should not console and form or teenager that might not understand what crypto investment is all about.

With a welcome message, the forum and the administration would do their part in pointing new users in the right direction by giving them some basic information about the forum. Some won't even read that, that's true, but there will be those who will. It's difficult to find a solution that gets rid of 100% of the ever-repeating newbie questions we get around here, but lowering it to 50% is a good result I think.

I see the OP’s advice in this way, metaphorically: my child now goes to the senior group of kindergarten, but as a baby, he went to a nursery, where children are put on the potty and their snot is wiped away. Does the OP mean that a group like this is needed on the forum? Should beginners be taught the alphabet? Are you serious? But what about doing something with your own hands and thinking with your head? Or is there an obligation here on the forum to teach everyone Bitcoin? No, no one owes anyone anything here.

Look at the number of people who achieve everything on their own, and if someone can’t, it means either he hasn’t grown up or he’s at another door.

It's simple.

There are dedicated topics to help beginners or newbies but I always believe that regardless of section or child board they can get the details and knowledge they wish to as there shouldn't be any stigma that they have to refer only a certain sections because knowledge is more important and the required factor here.

Beginners have something to offer? I don't think so because they're the same people that have been struggling with the market, some of them are busy scalping the market. Bitcoin have helped most of the top whales in the market, concord to this with every evidence pointed out. Newbies will ask questions in places where they found challenging and they will always put in the work for progress. Newbies are fresh investors in the space and having no complex knowledge regarding the current season available.

It is a really good idea but it would have only helped those newbies who are patient to read them because I still think that some newbies will still hit the skip button if any welcome message that is too long comes up.
 People skip long terms and conditions from companies before using their services most times, it is not because these terms and services are too long to read always, but can be traced to a general lack of reading culture.
To the OP, Newbies who want to learn will learn, while others who do not want to learn will never progress even if all the information is put right in front of them for them to read.

The forum is open for newbies to learn and the board that will give them more exposure to Bitcoin is BEGINNERS AND HELP,even if the forum creates a new board that will enlighten the newbies about Bitcoin and the forum it won't stop them from asking questions like I'm new here, What's a digital wallet, What's the best wallet to store your coin, that's a characteristic of a newbie they are always craving to know at all cost.So there's no essence creating a new board for newbies if you wanna learn as a you should read more on beginners and help and stop asking repeated questions that have been asked, instead they should make use of the search engine and learn more to clear their query.

I would say even if they do create a thread for a query there is no harm because that is the purpose of forum's existence but what's unacceptable is the same query has been asked already in the first page itself but they are too lazy to see that instead they create new one which kind of attitude shows that they are incompetent in reading so asking queries is not going to make any changes either unless they decided to change their attitude and start spending more time on reading instead of writing.

Perfectly said, as a newbie our main goal hear is to learn about Bitcoin and also to invest in Bitcoin, and as well to learn how to manage our asset, sometimes I used to wonder why some newbie will leave what is necessary for them and be doing another thing, as a newbie that's really wants to learn Is suppose to know that been active in this beginners and help is going to help them to understand some many things in the forum, because this beginners and help is a better place for newbie to learn.

Creating a child board is not the solution, because lack of boards, thread or information is not the problem. The problem is, that newbies are not ready to read. If a newbie really wants to learn on the forum he or she needs to read. Everything you need to get started on Bitcoin and Bitcoin forum is already here, so if you read and have questions you can ask, but most newbies want to teach instead of learning.

There are threads in this forum that educate about Bitcoin and the forum. Some newbies don't even read the pinned thread in the "beginner and help" board before they start posting.
Newbies should learn to read, especially the pinned threads on any board before they post.

They can search and find many helpful threads without opening their own threads to ask very basic questions.
