Here is another pic of Rock Xie I found in another thread...

He is standing with Spondoolies-Tech CEO Guy Corem. Interestingly there is not a single -ve feedback from our trusted members on FriedCat's profile so far =>  https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/friedcat-49840

Havelock robbed me 170BTC

You are acting like a child, quit being a baby. You aren't going to get your money back, just accept it and take it as a lesson. I like how you're threatening not just them but all of Bitcoins price like you have that power, lol. PS: CNN won't pick it up.

Are you sure you are not related to AMHASH in anyway?... You look like one of their officials to me...

And I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK...

AFAIK, Chinese rules are very strict about financial fraud. So, if it was a fraud attempt by FriedCat (which I still think is a pure speculation) and if Chinese Govt can catch him, then they may send him in front of firing squad. I think, FriedCat and people associated to him in China already knows this and as the identity of half of the people is already known, they wont try something as extreme as this from the land of China.
I think so. But I also believe that Asicminer has a major problem here:

Trust&Stable
AMHash is jointly operated by ASICMiner and RockMiner, which have a high reputation and credibility in the community, and also have a rich experience in mining devices production and large-scale deployment, so that they can guarantee to provide true and stable hashrates.
Now they are saying that they were not involved in it which is an blatant lie as everyone in the town knew it was theirs and Rockminers company. I am not sure what is the story in China's jurisdiction and company law in relation to use of the company's brand/trading name/name of the firm but elswhere (including HK) if that's the case such company would be liable for any losses related to the use of its name in business offers of any kind. Asicminer never commented or in any way restricted Amhash from using their trading name. If the Chinese authorities would like to use this situation to play a little bit with the Asic manufacturers it is a perfect opportunity. But maybe this is a one conclusion too far yet.

Just wondering if other asic manufacturers have any comments on this.

Well said,

On that point, i am in contact with CNN now and with one of the big BTC news site, they are digging into this as we speak

CNN can do A LOT OF DAMAGE to AM and Rockminer and even Havelock...

But more than that: To Cloud Mining and BTC in general.

So: I TOLD YOU SCAMMERS TO PAY OUR MONEY BACK OR ELSE... HERE IS THE ELSE

And i'm just warming up...

how did you get money from Karpeles? When??

So sad to hear another bitcoin crisis involving cloud miners. This not all that bad. May be after this, community will go back to a more decentralised mining model.

Community can go to a more decentralised mining, but the mining is in the hands of big players for some time now.

FriedCat was more of a ASIC manufacturer than a cloud miner. He gained trust through his ASIC manufacturing service and then went after this cloud mining venture...
