Have you clearly said the support team that you are playing from a restricted region? They wouldn't suggest you to use VPN to access the online games if you had clearly said it to them. Hello. I live in the uk and have been gambling with chips.gg since November. When I first joined I played the house games for a while, then spoke to support about how I’d be able to play the online games being from the uk, as they were restricted. A member of support then told me I’d have to use a vpn, told me it was legal and wasn’t a problem. I didn’t even know what a vpn was at the time. I then downloaded a vpn and I was playing the casino games straight away. I’d never won a significant amount of money in a session, until Sunday where I won $8000. It was on my last winning spin my balance was set to zero. I went to the chat page and a member of support names magalon, who is the owner of chips.gg said I’d broke the terms and conditions and they are shutting my account. Apparently evolution games flagged them and said I was in a prohibited country, and only able to withdraw $2500. My heart sunk and I felt on the verge of cardiac arrest. If I’d have know this could happen I never would’ve bothered playing. I had no warning from support upon opening my account, only the suggestion to use a vpn to play the games, I told magalon to check the chat logs which he said he did and was unable to find the conversation., I call bullshit because I 100% had that conversation as never would’ve bothered playing If I knew it would lead to this, hence me asking the question in the first place. I never had a problem with this site, support were always fantastic and sorting out problems etc…however what happened on Sunday urges me to warn people of what could potentially happen if you hit big. The charge is 10x the basic charge of Coinbase which is 0.5%[1].  This is huge when converting million dollar value fund.  But well, this is just an add-on service, and using it is optional and at the same time gives the Casino an additional source of funds.  And if it is true that ranking up will reduce the swap fee, then I think this development isn't bad at all.

You couldn't see any fee decrease whenever you do level up.5% might sounds small but it would be itchy when you do swap big amounts.

Yes, they have their own swap exchange now! I didn't pass any verification before, just the usual stuff,  mail, and authenticator! I saw some people had a problem with staked Chips tokens! They got "unstaked" during the update, reason inactivity, without informing players! Which is not very nice! That didn't happen to me, but I guess I was more regular there than those people!

5% charge is a bit high but for convenience then for sure people would really be accepting this rate rather than on the hassle of converting from one coin to another.

Depends on the situation because there are events on which there are accusations which arent really that on the truth side which means the community isnt blind on making out direct impressions without

knowing the truth behind.They might accuse about for supports poor performance or response but in using up the common sense side then you could tell that it is just right that they would really be ignoring you if the said issue was totally on users fault.

The community couldnt really just give out some conclusions without really knowing the truth or been proven out.

Customer support is one of the significant parts of every business, especially in gambling, where people put their efforts to win by investing their money. If your support isn't good, people may stop believing you and give you negative feedback, which causes you may start losing clients. I know most people show impatience which make every person mad, but that's the nature of human, and that's the main point where support shows their skills with their behavior. It's hard to handle such toxic people, but you have to listen to them to save your business.

My point was simple, support is important! Bad support can/will make players think about changing a casino... Bad support doesn't mean that the casino is a scam, it just makes them a bad service! As you said, "Whenever there is a problem, you know which one is better.", so support should solve problems quickly and all sides to be satisfied as possible!
