I was logged out and my Chips tokens unstaked... something new for me, but I saw many others complaining about this issue! So nothing new I guess... As I can see new features looks cool, but in the past months, a lot of people complained about Chips and their newest changes!
It seems that the chips token are unstaked for inactive accounts. Well considering that most people probably wagered tons at the start of site because wagering requirements for each token was still low then most probably stopped afterward hoping to claim all those dividents without playing, it seems they had to unstake all of those.

I mean its quite inconvenient but all we need is to check on our account couple of days to stake them back though if it is unstaked
So this was the new update all about. Now I know why many players disliked it. It was like this site got stricter a bit but they need to do this for their own good. Maybe they realized that they are getting bigger and many people take advantage of the feature.

This was still a gambling site anyway and not totally a staking site so people's priority must be to play gambling. They can treat the staking part as a kind of a bonus or incentive for wagering. If someone just wants to stake alone then they better do that on a dedicated staking platform, we have lots of them nowadays compared to the number of gambling site which have a staking support on them.

The house gets half of the daily distribution from the vault no matter how many chips are staked.. so just pointing out that having inactive accounts' chips unstaked only benefits all the "active" users of the platform. (their staked chips become a bigger % of the pie). From what I've gathered, all you need to do to stay active is to perform some action on the site once per 7 days, so either by withdrawaling, playing any game, or even unstaking and restaking ur chips counts as staying active.

Does this mean that if I have a number of tokens, they no longer do staking? Is there no longer a way to increase profits in the casino? how could they make an update that partially harms players who had their tokens staked, they may be looking to make improvements to their token. How would the people who still have tokens and who did not do any staking?

If your chips are unstaked from being inactive, all you need to do is re-stake them. I don't speculate why they made the change but as an active member I appreciate being rewarded for being active and not adopting a "leech" mindset with the casino. As far as increasing profits for the casino itself, it does not affect their profits because the house doesn't have any chips so they will get the same amount either way. This new system does ensure that the users who are receiving vault rewards are alive and available to participate in the ecosystem and community.

If you inactive for more than 7 days.

Your staking is getting unstacking, you can freely ask with chips-casino via support or telegram group. This change is not a big deal, you can just need be active on the casino once/7 days. So, just betting your small money from staked reward every 6 days and you're gonna be fine.

People who are getting unstacked, just re-stacked again. Why need to make it hard, now the good things about "CHIPS" we have EXCHANGE system. We can exchange all-coin reward from staked to a single coin.

Anyway as for the CHIPS token getting unstacked I've noticed that you need to be atleast 6-7 days of inacitivity for it to be unstaked so in order to avoid that, wagering couple of dollars in a week shouldnt be hard though its inconvenience
Correct.

Don't really need to come from "Deposit" we can play small bucks from the reward staking. I do this step once a day every 6 days, suggested for all people just swap all-reward on all-coin to a single coin.

We have swap exchange coin now.

I remember you were posting here regularly, but I didn't see their account posting anything in a year!

They are quite inactive here and yeah I was but I stopped as I think that they probably ditch the thread as well as the forum all along so yeah its not going to affect their business whatsoever

And they taken suggestion to created "Swap/Exchange" feature coin, so all of your share can be swap into single coin.

Its not all though, majority of the coins / tokens are but some is not like LEOS or shiba but yeah its so much better than having all those dust amount sitting unused in your balance

The fact that all games are provably fair and having 24/7 online support is great as
Not really.

I even need to wait a couple of hour for getting some answers compared on other casinos, yes they have live chat system but sometimes even the livechat open the support  is not available.

I think maybe lack of support assistance? well, don't know that just based of my experience.
Well, I do have the same experience too that's why I do really seconded this kind of feedback which blackjack.fun should really put emphasis on this one. This might really a little bit of an issue
but having that 24/7 support specially on that livechat would be recommendable or something which is really needed since issues and queries from users could really be anytime
and if questions and those queries would received out very delay response then it doesn't really look appealing at all.

It's normal for customers to ask different questions and they will go in different directions, but they don't know much about what is here, but they can find out by asking.  Here I think their issues will always be good and sometimes good because when they are good they will be good I hope it will be very good
The provably fair is a requirement for all casinos to be legitimate? No other options? Many Perosonas want to defeat the provably fair system to become millionaires, but is there a way of being able to do it? In casinos that are not online, what is the system used? Provably  Fair sounds like something very new and that it is not old, I was reading and says that it has a modiflicable seed, but if the seed is modified, can you get profits?. In the casino if the support is not quick enough, it is due to the lack of personnel, in the casinos that I have the chat live with an agent, because they cannot do it.

Just take the positive side.

If a lot people token getting unstacked, you can get more share since the share depends on the bankroll + how much CHIPS is getting stacked. Now they have a more feature like
- VIP
- Wheel Spin

And they taken suggestion to created "Swap/Exchange" feature coin, so all of your share can be swap into single coin.

Do they lose their interest in this forum so they are active in other places such as social media?

Probably that they are not getting enough market share that they intended to get from this forum therefore they ditch it along with the thread. Even back then, I was probably the only one updating the thread about various adjustment that they made onto the site. Its been a while that I havent been visiting the site either and was not even aware of the new changes

The competition is very hard here; I thought they had still an ongoing signature campaign but can't find it back, so that has probably also been stopped quite a while. The benefit is that chips is still working on their site and further improving it; there are other examples of casinos that are not active here and also not actively developing their site further also.

In my opinion, it's more than just inconvenient, it's totally unfair, especially when it comes without any notice... some mail, some info on the site, telegram, here, anywhere would do the job! Like this, it's simply wrong!

I know how you feel as I think that I feel the same as you, my chips are unlocked as well and I do not know when they unlock it.
It means that we do not get the share from the vault since it was unlocked without prior notice.
I would not complain though, just saying how it feels because of this action from chips and I have to agree that they should have informed players before unlocking the chips token.

I will not complain either, my amount of Chips tokens is not big, but maybe they count on it? How many of us got our tokens unstaked and for what period?! When you do some math we are talking about some serious money! For us small holders isn't a big deal I guess, but what if you spend a lot of money there and you have some significant amount of tokens?!

-snip-
...
By the way, they more active on telegram rather than forum.
I think telegram is a place where you could have a "chat" which means that you could literally be working something that is more instant and that way they are getting more users. Here, it is all based on how many times people would post and we have seen that chip has been quite silent for the past few months hence why they do not give the focus they should.

Even if they wrote here, if people are not here then there wouldn't be any interest. I remember there was a place here which was a sportsbook, one of the first ones ever, and they kept on sharing stuff here, but nobody wrote, so they stopped, same logic for them as well if they found customers somewhere else, they will go there.

I am not in their telegram group, but I know people who are and who follow Chips announcements! Again I will point out that nobody from them shared anything about Chips changes and how will that affect staking and other casino features! It's their choice to find customers where they wish, but things like this are simply not fair for the reasons mentioned above, do you agree?

Do they lose their interest in this forum so they are active in other places such as social media?

Why I said nope.

Because I need to active 2FA for Lockup Token (Only from my speculation, not from the side of the chip). But seem like for "inactive player" getting unstaked is true, if your account is inactivated for more than 7 days. The chips getting unstaked.

By the way, they more active on telegram rather than forum.

Seem like no-body watching "Chips" anymore.

Its been so long time after my last play (with deposit) in chips, just noticed by now that there is VIP benefits in chips.
Good improvement there but I wonder why they are less active in this forum for a while, even this new feature was not announced officially in this ANN thread.

Help me to understand "it seems they had to unstake all of those."?! Why? It's better (and profitable) for them to take that money for themselves than to give them to inactive users? Smiley A bit sarcastic here...

Ryzaadit wrote "Nope", and I really hope it's really "Nope"! Because if they did this intentionally it's a lot more than "unfair and wrong"!

Nope.

Because there has been some new change in system security, you need to "Add 2FA" right now. It's moderated for all people, that's the reason why everyone account is getting unstacked for the chips locked.

Because, they not set up any 2FA.

I had 2FA before! I guess that's not the case as well...

Chips could do all this in a much better way definitely! Somehow they did everything in the dark, at least I didn't see any announcements anywhere... they could have been more open and announced all the changes, to involve the community! That would be good marketing too, right? You announce that the casino will be better from now on with more features, so they could interest old (maybe inactive) and new players.

I see similar discussions in other places... a lot of people asking a lot of questions, and many theories (both positive and very negative) about the latest Chips changes and actions. There's a lot of guessing and conspiracy theories! But I still don't see is any Chips announcement or representative trying to clear things up...
