Typically casino will allow withdrawal of your deposit before they ban your account. Seems like you commit violation of their ToS which is related to sportsbook. Probably you are involved with arbitrage bet and other techniques which the casino deemed not allowed to use in the casino.

Chips.gg is an established casino and well known in the forum. I doubt that they will do a selective scam by using fake accusations of ToS violation just to hold your balance.

Hello,

I don't do "arbitrage betting" but similar casinos using the same sportsbook provider (betby) are also throwing accusations and banning/reducing my stake me for "value betting" which is a ridiculous accusation, basically implying if I beat their sportsbook I'm breaking ToS.

Did they provide any further explanation of the exact point of their ToS you violated and/or the reason behind the ban other than those shown on the screenshot that they have the right to ban you wen they detect a violation?

IIRC you have other cases with other casinos before, though I'll need a refresher course on what were they about. However, if you're limited amd/or has a previous issue with the provider that's also on chips, like you mentioned above, there is a big chance it was the provider who flagged you and resulted in your account ban.

I'll try to reach chip's rep, see if they can explain the point on their ToS that you breached and lead us to this situation.

What happened: After playing on Chips's sportsbook for over a year, I wanted to make an withdrawal of a sum of my balance and it got denied, I contacted support and was promptly advised to do the KYC procedure, which I did immediately afterwards.

After successfully completing the KYC I went back to the cashier section to request an withdrawal, and I noticed I was logged out. Tried logging in and received a message stating that I was banned.
