What is the current block in old wallet? I'm stuck at 13881. Will blockchain move above? My coins are staking. Need 80 more confirmations before I can start to send.

Yes I asked a few pages ago. You can disable stake by encrypting your wallet.
The stakes you see now are fake. The real blockchain is over 30000 blocks.
Look at maxwellord post #564.
there is a download there. Use it and keep your encrypted wallet.dat
Its the only thing that worked for me

We are still in transition stage not all coins are swap,of course investors will prefer it to be safe for now,but once everything settle down,trading will be active,right now the swap period is doing great ,just transferred all my balances.
