v12.4:

- slightly improved speed for some cards (1-2%).
- added "-gmap" option.
- a few minor changes/improvements.
Perhaps 1% improvement on 470, hard to tell, bout 299 sol/s avg on 470 8gb, bios mod

Not all cards got speedup. My tests show most speedup for Tonga cards, some Hawaii cards, but speedup is minor anyway.

There is no difference for R9 Nano.

My Setup has 6 gpus 8gb ram 16gb virtual mem and EVGA P1200 as PSU.
I'm using v12.3 and powersave bios from Jukebox (ETH 29.3 MH) for my 6 Rx 480 gpus.
Overall my system pulls 750 watts from wall and I'm getting around 280MH per gpu while mining zcash.

Is today a good time to go back to stock clocks or maybe overclock my gpus to get more speed? I see that zcash price almost doubled today. So any ideas are welcome.

My gpus are 11260-01-20g and I'm looking to get something around 310-315 per gpu while not breaking my psu.

EQUIHASH ALGO REQUIRES LESS POWER--

You should be safe on a good 1200W PSU.  I do not know of any way to get better ZEC hash rates, though.  My RX 470 8GB make 285 Sols/s at stock clocks and BIOS.  The system is Linux.       --scryptr

Anyone knows how many sols can one expect from a sapphire r9 fury nitro?

It should give you 300-350 sol

SAPPHIRE R9 FURY NITRO, 470 SOLS/S--

The Fury card has a huge bandwidth.  I get 470 Sols/s on Equihash algo, my R9 280X cards get 315 Sols/s.  Both these cards hash 5-10 Sols/s faster on version 12.3 than they mined on earlier versions of 12.x.  Version 12.3 is more stable, also.  I mine on Linux.  I don't have any R9 290 or 390 cards, but they may mine in the mid-300 Sols/s.

any special settings on 280x's

You are in a hotel room and you have put a RIG in there?...
You just gave a whole new meaning to the term "free electricity"
What does the cleaner lady say when she comes In to clean up the room?

People have purchased PCIe risers from me for delivery to hotels. So there are others doing the same thing!

What I don't understand is how that is profitable? You can't run that many miners in a hotel room? Even cheap hotels cost more than it costs me in electricity to run my miners at home.

Probably I'm the one you sent to Phoenix lol. Very easy. Doing consulting away from home. Hotel is a long term stay place, like a home away from home. Have to sleep somewhere and pay for the night. The expense is already taken and paid for tax free. The 8 GPUs are only an added bonus

Sure and this is great but don't they wonder what this machine is/does? when they see it in your room plugged doing noice?

The air conditioner makes a lot more noise and with  98 degrees outside today there are a lot of them going off. Lol
