Hey guys. I have two identical R9 390x. The problem is when i start the miner the 2nd card hashrate starts to drop slowly and after 10-15 minutes of running it's 100sols less than the first gpu.

Any ideas?

check the temperature. it maybe hitting your -ttli temp or the bios max temp. I bet is your left card. those 290/390 cards are heating machines

Hi, Claymore's v12.4 sometimes  "stopped working " What it could be that causes?
On some cards 12.3 and 12.4 is very unstable. Try to use 12.2 version.

You can put the files in two folders and then run the commands.
you mean launching two different miner windows?

Winding down.
Guys could anyone help me with setting up two cards in the same rig to mine directly to two different wallets?
When i put this in config file:
-di 0
all settings including wallet for card 0
-di 1
all settings including wallet for card 1

both cards go mining for (card 1)'s wallet.
What's the correct setup for this?
Thanks in advance for any support!

Can someone give me advice?
Using latest claymore, cannot get ZEC minner to work as it should

Every few shares I get message

"GPU #0 returned incorrect data!"

Already tried to undervolt that card, then underclock that card, return it to stock values - same! Tried to change riser and again same problem...

Other cards works as it should, getting 1660 h/s for 5x480

-i 7, tried to change that also on that card, same problem....

any ideas??    Huh
Bios modded? Try to return original bios. If not helps try to reinstall driver after cleaning by DDU. Check power cables on this card, remove dust from PCI-E slot of this card.

ZEC is not really worth it right now, i have turned off miner for it this days

My guess is he is just spamming his signature because what he said makes absolutely no sense what so ever.

You are right. My electricity price is $0.2. It is still very profitable.

Shhhh.  Don't tell him, that just means more ZEC for us.
yep and the ltc and the dash I was mining a couple of years ago at break even or less than break even are surely worth less now. lol
guess the lessons of the past few years haven't sunk in

Sorry to ask maybe on the wrong topic.  I just wanted any opinions of the forthcoming AMD hardware and its possibility to bring forward mining speeds.
580 will come soon but maybe a much bigger move will be Vega in May onwards.

Is Deep Learning relevant to crypto mining or not likely to bring mining gains for the various blockchains?

not sure 580 will change things significantly in performance per watt. More likely next generation Vega will though.

580 cards are the same polaris chip so until Vega we won't see anyting spectacular.

580 is NOT the same chip - they are making the 5xx series on an updated process that is a little more efficient than the process the 4xx series were made on.
Looks like about a 5% clock speedup on the GPU as well, no hard numbers on the efficiency but I'd guess 5-10% more efficient

Small actual upgrade, not to be confused with VEGA (which appears to be aimed at being the next-generation of the Fury line anyway).

Chip is not same but memory is which is important for mining. After all we all reduce core clock to reduce power consumption. If price is too high it is not worth upgrading. Maybe 470's will be cheaper  Wink
