It looks like the platform wont be ready till 2019. However I think that it shouldn't be a big problem. They can form multiple partnerships with goverments and big or small companies. Roll Eyes

I'm not sure what could be the reason for the exclusion of Belarus.
The team has to be sure each state is compliance with the crypto regulations.
I'm not sure exactly what's the issue with Belarus, I guess there's a good reason why it was restricted.
