The SyncFab dashboard will be released in the coming day or two. You will be able to login, generate a wallet and complete the second round of KYC. After KYC is completed for all you will get your token allocation, this should be in mid-April.

I guess the tokens will be distributed after the ICO end.
I also noticed that they use different addresses for presale and crowd sale.
