Person 2 pays for person 1, person 3 pays for person 2, etc. The last person is screwed and the site doesn't pay anything (most likely some sort of fee for doing this).

I'm sorry, you sent from a web wallet, so you can't receive the funds (which is why we have the warning on the website). The payout was sent, but now the exchange has it.

You sent from an exchange address. It is impossible for the admin to know who sent. I know you are honest but maybe other people claimed your BTB before you.
