Ya, not BOOM. Probably the owners address trying to make it look like people are getting paid back.

That .04 sent was at 2014-02-04 19:00:42 but the tx 3ded8312d74751231199dcbd056d3da09d082082e40a7739d2b94401503449a6
sent at 2014-02-04 15:40:59 and not paid yet.
Selective payments seem to be made, probably an effort to build confidence. I'd guess the address in the tx above; 1LrjNauLaeRJg3zh6tSkSr6iNBJXAzHBXp ( and others, of course, just the 1st example I saw ) will never get paid, but the other 2 address above will continue to get paid. Some other addresses have been paid back, but I've seen enough for now.
