This explains some of the annoying issues I've been having with Coinbase lately.. Wow. Talk about a downgrade. From having 50 BTC/day instant to 10 BTC / week instant? Thats.. ouch.

Their site says:
"Level 2 and above can also buy up to 10 BTC per week instantly with no delays."

They refer to "Level 2 and above" but at the moment they only have Level 2 available as the highest level. So what's the "and above" ? Perhaps a new tier they will be announcing?

I used it the other day and it showed 50btc limit per day. I used it for 8 not 45, and it said 42btc for the day left....could it be based on your credit?

or did you bounce/lack funds in the account at one point?

local pickup???

I'm from Ohio currently staying in NE ohio and i have to either go to Chicago or have some large servers shipped (costly) to me - so a 300 mile trip each way would actually make sense in this case

looking at getting 20 blades / two back planes

it would be tuesday

'The right to privacy matters'
these troubles are why I sold my 3 blades without even trying to hook them up.  I have 94 sticks about the same as 3 blades.
if I have an issue it is a hub or a few sticks.
If one blade has a problem it is just like 30-33 sticks going bad.  it is a bit cheaper to run the blades.

who is running 3 blades at 31gh total? what is your watts used?

my 94 sticks cost me 400 watts Counting everything.  3 blades should pull close to 300 watts add the switch and the router you are at 325 watts.

A power issue and all 3 blades could go down. but 3 blades are 12 btc  power source say 13 -14 btc

94 sticks and the hubs are 20 btc

Got the blade but it seems broken, it shows all "x" in Chip status  Sad

Make sure you have a sufficient power supply.

Tried with a 500W and a single rail 750W, all "x"  Huh

Maybe it would help to post in Dogie's thread?

I have an HX 750 running a blade and 2 60 GH/s singles Kill-a-watt says 616W at the wall (with netbook host).

So you probably have enough power. How did you wire the power? Follow dogie's post? I would check the voltage going in with a DMM. Should be around 12.2~12.5 depending on power supply.

i want to order a blade but i would like to know how to run it with cgminer or bfgminer as i read that it does not support stratum from the webpage setup is that true?

I believe you can set it up by pointing to an instance of bfgminer running on a machine a blade can reach over the network.  Checkout Eligius pool and Luke-Jr's posts/instructions.  I think this is the way Luke intended it to work recently...

Wish someone can put a step-by step for bfgminer. Smiley

1.  Build BFGMiner on Linux, following the directions in the README file.
2. Start BFGMiner with the '--http-port' option to set the port to connect to:

Code:
bfgminer --http-port   -c
i.e., bfgminer --http-port 8330 -c myconfig.conf

3.  Configure the blades to connect to the machine running BFGMiner on the port you specified.

The blade has to have two pools to mine to, so you have to type everything twice, as below.

In the "Ports" box, you would type 8330,8330 (or whatever port you specified above)
In the "Server Addresses" box, you would type ,
In the "user:pass" box, you would type any username:password you want, but each blade must have a different user name.  Remember to do it twice: myusername1:abc123,myusername1:abc123

The blade will then start mining and will show up in BFGMiner as device SGW0, SGW1, etc.

For Windows grab mining_proxy the exe here http://btc.anapaapps.com/mining_proxy.php
It comes with a pre made BTC guild shortcut.

For other pools change " -o stratum.btcguild.com -p 3333" in the Target box to your pools information.
