I will most likely be hosting a group buy for Revision 2 bitfury chips from bitfurystrikesback.com, look for a new thread by the end of Monday with details.

Postman was at my home with my chips but I was not home  Angry I will pick them up at the postoffice tommorow.

Monday 10th I am going to a company who can probably produce and assemble S-Hash boards. Maybe later that day I can give some prizes here for people who want to join production to keep prizes low.

As people receive and inspect their chips Could you please leave me trust rating. Send me a pm after you do so and I will return the favor.

All the US buyers shuold have received their chips at this point. The international orders should start arriving late this week through the next week or so, hopefully not much longer.

Chips arrived.  They look a bit different than the last batch..?
Alternate packaging. They come packaged like this and the first first batch had a 5G or a Greek letter beta
No worries; I was posting an image so people knew what to expect.  They look good to me.

Bitfury assembly?

Does anyone have suggestions for chip assembly?

I see a couple of options available:

1) Technobit currently offers assembly

2) Wasp Collective offers assembly in the future

3) Drillbit Systems may offer assembly

I am not a spokesman for any of the previously mentioned companies and apologize if I am incorrectly stating their current position on chip assembly.

I am planning to make the S-HASH boards with the bitfury chips. For myself I make 5 boards, if there are more people who want S-Hash boards may be I can start up some sort of group-production, the more boards we make and assemble the lower the price. I live in the Netherlands, no problem shipping Europe or Worldwide.

Some months ago I got a pricequote for 5 boards fully assembled if I delivered the Bitfury Chips and the LPC1758FBD80's, price would be around 200 euro per board. Most expensive is the startup (Paste Stencil, Programming, etc), the startup costs were around 500 euro. So If we can gather people to make more boards, price a piece will drop.

The LPC1758FBD80 is quiet hard to get and not always on stock, you/we can buy it here:

price is 38 to 33 euro.

All prizes mentioned are just an indication, if more people are interested I can ask a definitive quote. I won't charge any costs for my work (hours), the only thing I will ask is a small donation from the people who join this group-production. The only compensation/charge/costs would be shipping costs, but that is logical.
