Never mind I have 3.1.1 which is quite recent. All 3 USb miners hashing away right now. Quite warm. Strange to actually ever receive an ASIC!
Getting 333 -333 -334 out of my 3. Very warm to touch have a fan pointed at pc, may get another.

Unfortunately 3.2.0 won't work with these sticks. Luckily, 3.1.1 works just fine.

What mining program do you recommend? What's the hash rate?

I used CGMiner 3.1.0, and followed these instructions http://rdmsnippets.com/2013/05/29/setting-up-asicminer-block-erupters-on-windows-7/ except Win7 popped up a "solve problem" box to get the serial port drivers for me.
I also used the -G flag to disable the graphics card, and didn't use the icarus-timings flag. I might try the auto scan flag later.
I plan to put them on a Raspberry Pi at the weekend as my rig takes 100W with the graphics card idle.
They are getting 333 - 334 Mhash each, and get really hot (at least 60C). I have a case fan pointed at them ATM, and might build a "wind tunnel" case for them.
All of mine have the black back plate on them.

I'm not amused and very disappointed if you didn't ship mine. Unless it's packed and ready for shipping.
Why did you bought 40? That is 84BTC+. You get a blade for 49BTC direct to you and has same about hashes... If you would add just 3 USBs you would get the same for 55BTC only... And it would probably worked more stable and be setup more easily(no need to buy USB hubs).I'm not amused and very disappointed if you didn't ship mine. Unless it's packed and ready for shipping.

Damn it, I just noticed my local Royal Mail Delivery office is only open 7am-1pm, looks like i'll be picking up mine tomorrow morning instead of tonight
