Before donating in either way, I want to make it very clear: Neither of these losses (1,254 [minus 47] from overpayment, and ~200 from hard fork) will affect BTC Guild miners. The pool is not in danger of being unable to pay its miners. Technically we have a negative buffer, but I still have the funds available in BTC exchanges to purchase BTC to bring the buffer back to positive if the current BTC funds ran dry. This is NOT a "save the pool" situation.

It's been requested by a few users in reaction to the losses last night from the payout error (and the lack of returning the funds), and again after the pool lost another ~200 BTC due to the hard fork today (miners were paid for 3-4 hours of work that was completely worthless due to the fork).
I've setup two ways that users can donate if the feel the need to:

I'd like to formally thank CryptoCluster, the first user to return the Bitcoins they were overpaid due to the error that happened last night. I have received their permission to publicly thank them, and if anybody would like to reward their honesty (returning 47.8 BTC), they have identified the wallet 1NadVDZGSChYzZGRzJeHyjq68an25sZK4v , which belongs to the Polish Mises Institute (http://mises.pl/wsparcie/darowizny/).
So far this is the only user that has come forward and returned the coins. Even better, they did this in response to a simple warning on their account at BTC Guild, since they had no email tied to the account.

Payouts are back up. Thank you all for not flooding the thread during a period of crisis. It's a relief to come back to the forum after this ordeal and find that important information was not being bumped off.

All of Guild's servers are being rolled back to 0.7. Over half of them already are, and the last few are almost done.

ASIC users need to pony up for all the value and awesome service you are providing.
Where else are they gonna go? It's not worth using a riskier, less reliable, lower performing pool when every second of optimum ASIC mining is so precious.
Charge them 6% to use the Big Boy Pool, which is only for ASIC workers with over 20GH.

I have .504 BTC that I have mined with you and slush collectively (.7 if not for satoshidice), where do I send it Elutheria? Its not much but its all I got..
Take my hashes for the next month too, or I'll just give it back at the end of it!

If you do have this persons info. (IP addresses n other such) send it to other pool operators, tell them to let them mine with them, and never give em shit back....

I appreciate the users looking to help donate what they can. My biggest concern right now is that publicly asking for for donations will possibly turn away more users than what donations bring in. The pool already lost ~1 TH/s since this event happened, even though less than 500 GH/s of users had the overpayments appear, and even fewer were actually able to take the money and run.
I would like to make one thing clear: This event will not have any extra impact on miners of BTC Guild, other than the ones that were able to pull out the extra money. The only impact it had was a few hours where the pool could not process payouts due to an empty hot wallet, which has been remedied.

Thanks for the support. In the past I've been very stubborn on the idea that if a pool charges a fee, there shouldn't be another box asking you to "donate" more than that fee. On a 0% pool, sure.
But at this point, I may put up some kind of donate button. So far only one user has made a positive response about how to return the money, which would reduce the amount lost from 1,254 to 1,207. At this point I'll take every coin I can get because it is going to take a long time to earn that amount back.
When Graet got ripped off he set up a mining node just for the purpose of recouping the loss. I and many others contributed hashes to that node. I would love to have a chance to do the same for you too.
