It's quite surprising when I found out that JacksClub.io is a part of Rollin.io's old team and it reminds me the Rollin.io signature design contest back in 2016 which I participated there as well. Seems fair to me.

Since the voting poll can be abused, nothing we can do but to split since all of us tried our best making a sig design using BBcodes

It's fine mate, same opinion with them. At first look, it's very smooth like wt- mate, how did you do that signature design, the icon aren't pixelated.

We just posted an image of our work to avoid copying the icon made of ASCII blocks and that's how the signature design contest works, will look forward to your designs soon.

You are right. But since they have launched a signature design competition where they input a high price pool instead of hiring someone with a very lower amount than contest price pool, they have enough knowledge about it and they will choose the best one IMO.

It you want it to be successful, sort it out right away. Not 'before the contest ends' ... right now. And if it takes a couple days, let people know that the prizes aren't guaranteed until they are. You have no buisness running any sort of contest until this happens.
You need to find a trusted member of the community to control the funds. The only reason not to do so means you either don't understand this world or you intend to scam - not a good look either way.
