I'm in Texas and am wondering if there are custom fees, if so how much?
Thought i'd ask before deciding to buy 2 or 3

I paid on the 25th. Got a paid email on the 25th.
Edit : Yeah I had stuck coins I see those that got shipped paid about 10 hours earlier then me. Looks like monday or tues for me.
DHL may charge a processing fee for clearing it in customs, but that's normally only for larger shipments otherwise in the US its considered tax free.

no when the special link first went live it let you order single units. A few people got caught like that. The changed the MON on the site and put a nice red sign saying min 2 items and that anyone who had ordered one would have their order canceled.
To be part of the GB it was a minimum order of 2 so yes it was always 2. The ST site just didn't say it at first.

I can confirm that I also received the papers from DHL to fill out but have not done so and DHL shows my package in Cinni, OH. and states "Unless there is an adhoc exam or a stop by another regulatory authority the shipment will proceed to delivery"
So It does look like the forms are not needed. I will update in the event something changes.

The DHL tracking says my package is in Cincinnati and has cleared customs. And I didn't fill out the form. So I don't think it's really necessary.
