Is it possible to make the website (localhost:19775 or yourdomain.com:19775) secured by ssl? I tried that but https://yourdomain.com:19775 does not work on my server that has a ssl certificate.
So if my IP isnt showing up at nodemoney.com . I take it im not forging?
your ip must appear at nodemoney.com:19775 (warning nodemoney.com:20000 is the testnet, no need to use it except in limited situation)

No, it's not.
It is based on luck.
you earn 0.35% of the total amount of transactions include in the forging block.
block are generated when transaction are create. but the transaction can be small or huge. you'll never know it.
so yes it's luck.

If u participated in testing poa when it was running on a test network u can ask the bounty. Otherwise no. That bounty was a surprise for those who volunteered and tried to help NODE without expecting nothing back. A good surprised btw

Silk, there is a difference of 4 minutes between transaction and confirmation in block.

Now yes, the difference may be 1 to 5 minutes. For example peers does not respond, then select the other peers. But we are working to make it even faster. If you remember in testing the difference was even more right up to 20 minutes

I ran the Node client in my main computer and my IP is showing up on http://nodemoney.com no problems
However when I run it on my second computer, It is not showing up even though I am connected to the network showing 8 peers. I have shut it down on the main computer btw.

Wallet is not centralized under nodemoney.com. That is a website to help understand and give information about node. Node is descentralized. Check whitepaper and ull understand the concept. Atm coins are being traded at bter.com
And yes the NODE u buy on BTER u have to send them to your wallet (500K or more) so u can start forging blocks.
