This info was not relayed to any of the GB customers, minimal customer service has been provided, I emailed continuously asking for updates, and no information or updates like this were given.
Please process my refund ASAP, I have messaged bobsag3 already, sending another message now, and starting to get exasperated at the lack of communication.

The Minersource page is not where I paid my order to, and seems to be only one of several LLC that were selling X3 pre-sales.... all with awkward customer support.
I had ~15 refunds set to send, and blew up my windows install. Should only take me 1-2 hours to reinstall and update armory from a backup (I learned!), so some refunds will go out later tonight.
Can you give us a list of the pending refunds please, by order numbers. Need to know why you are still not responding to my messages for refund.
