I had ~15 refunds set to send, and blew up my windows install. Should only take me 1-2 hours to reinstall and update armory from a backup (I learned!), so some refunds will go out later tonight.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE? I HAVE 2 ORDERS FOR A TOTAL OF 4 BLACK ARROW PROSPERO X-3's. BOBSAG3 DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS LIKE HE SHOULD VIA EMAIL.

SOMEONE FILL ME IN HERE PLEASE. WHAT ARE ALL THESE REFUND REQUESTS ABOUT?

Delivery is significantly delayed (May?).  Mum on what exactly is being done to compensate for the delay, aside from refunds -1.5% as stated in original terms.

There has actually been an update to the compensation.

Due to the delayed delivery for the Batch 1 products we would like to offer only to our Batch 1 customers an improved compensation package. You will be entitled to:
25% of your purchased hashing power, free of charge, from our Rent-Some-Minions cloud program for 6 months
10% discount from for all Black Arrow ASIC products which you will purchase from us. The discount will be valid for all purchases until the end of 2015.
Compensation will start shortly before or after shipment of Batch 1, with more information to come.
We are looking forward to a long-term partnership with our customers. For any further enquiries don’t hesitate to contact our customer service.

2/22/14 Update from BA:

"Dear Customers,

We have just received a call from VeriSilicon and they'll tape out in few hours.
The files have been validated by the 10 servers that have been working for the past 36 hours and they are ready for upload to Global Foundries.
Right now VeriSilicon is going through the review of each department to get the signatures required for tapeout. Once this is complete the files will be sent to Global Foundries.

We will update you once the files have been sent (tapeout).

What products are delay?
Why are they delayed?
You said "(May?)" but where does that month come from? Is that May for the first batch?

BOBSAG3 - You REALLY need to communicate with your customers better. SEND AN EMAIL TO ALL CUSTOMER EXPLAINING WHAT HAS HAPPENED.

Be sure to include the following - as customer should NOT have to hunt and peck through 50ish pages of stuff to understand what is going on.

1) Seem genuine.
2) Tell them What Black Arrow products are delayed.
3) Why they are delayed.
4) How much they are delayed.
5) What you are offering to resolve the issue and what choices the customer has.

Doing the above is good business sense. Be OPEN, HONEST AND PROACTIVE.

The bitcointalk forum IS NOT an ideal place for proactive resolutions.

As we are nearing the end of February, I wanted to share some important news regarding your Black Arrow products. Regretfully, I have some disappointing news as the Prospero X1, X3, whatever else, whatever else and whatever else shipping dates are delayed.  Black Arrow is failing to meet the shipping date due to (real reason here and not "aliens abducting the CEO of Black Arrow"). It appears that the Black Arrow productions mentioned earliest shipping date is now going to be May? (or correct estimated date).

As I know that this presents challenges and business challenges for some of you, I am offering (state what you are offering and present all options for customer. Clearly state concessions.)

As if it should surprise anyone, still no refunds just a few hours before every refund submitted is due, even by their own timeline.

I've posted negative feedback for now.

I'm sorry it comes to this because it seemed to be an honest operation, but now it's turning into a scam.

I should also note that I requested a refund from DZMC on February 6 and from bobsag3 on February 7. The promise was that it would likely take a day, but up to 1.5 weeks, which is due in 4-5 hours, depending on timezone.

So many complainers.  Guys just submit your request give it a few weeks.  I don't see how nagging helps anything. 

All indications would show they are honestly trying to get things done and not rip you off.  You guys act like there about to rob you.  Stop stressing.

Personally if I was them I would never host a group buy again, because its too much work dealing with you guys with little to gain.  I would just leave you all to the low level unknown scammers to sell you your group buys.

Or maybe DZ should just screen who they sell the group buys too so they can minimize the drama.

I am in the minority here, but I DO NOT want a refund. I want to wait this out and see what happens.

But I would like to be updated as to what is going on without having to dig through pages and pages of refund requests.

thomas, DZ or bobsag...can we get an updated OP? Just something letting people know what is going on. And it would be great if I could look there weekly for updates concerning our progress.
