WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE? I HAVE 2 ORDERS FOR A TOTAL OF 4 BLACK ARROW PROSPERO X-3's. BOBSAG3 DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS LIKE HE SHOULD VIA EMAIL.
SOMEONE FILL ME IN HERE PLEASE. WHAT ARE ALL THESE REFUND REQUESTS ABOUT?
Delivery is significantly delayed (May?). Mum on what exactly is being done to compensate for the delay, aside from refunds -1.5% as stated in original terms.

Dear Customer,
Due to the delayed delivery for the Batch 1 products we would like to offer only to our Batch 1 customers an improved compensation package. You will be entitled to:
25% of your purchased hashing power, free of charge, from our Rent-Some-Minions cloud program for 6 months
10% discount from for all Black Arrow ASIC products which you will purchase from us. The discount will be valid for all purchases until the end of 2015.
Compensation will start shortly before or after shipment of Batch 1, with more information to come.

2/22/14 Update from BA:
"Dear Customers,
We have just received a call from VeriSilicon and they'll tape out in few hours.
The files have been validated by the 10 servers that have been working for the past 36 hours and they are ready for upload to Global Foundries.
Right now VeriSilicon is going through the review of each department to get the signatures required for tapeout. Once this is complete the files will be sent to Global Foundries.
We will update you once the files have been sent (tapeout).
