All,

We have had a very busy period here at CEX.IO / GHash.IO.

First up we were Platinum Sponsor's at Inside Bitcoins London http://insidebitcoins.co.uk/

We had a very busy exhibition stand there https://twitter.com/cex_io/status/511543909982670848

Jeffrey Smith our CIO participated in an open discussion titled Industrial Mining: Powered Warehouse Shell vs. Hosted Cloud Offerings http://insidebitcoins.co.uk/london2014/agenda/#p1274

We made a significant Bitcoin Ecosystem announcement, an internally developed open API for building bitcoin applications - plugchain http://www.coindesk.com/cex-io-joins-bitcoin-api-race-launch-plugchain/

Hey!

Anyone can explain to me:

I am renting 1T Dragon miner and I connect it to the ghash.io pool.

Seems like everything is working as I see my 1T mining in a control panel.

But - when I login into ghash.io I see 0 workers ... and no hashes Smiley

Am I doing something wrong?

EDITED: it is working now Smiley I forgot to add .worker1 ... Cheesy

GHash,

Why is it that I have to go through several hoops of captcha challenges before I could access my account?  I never had to deal with this until about a couple of weeks ago.  I get it three times to be exact; one to access the site, another one just to get the "Sign In" window and a third one after typing in my credentials and signing in?  Then, I get challenged again each time I refresh my stats.  Can you please make it more of a pain-in-the-azz than this?  Might as well.

Oh!  Did I mention that your auto-payout thingy is stuck/broken again?

Anyone notice block #320234 showing up 16 times!  Looks like 16 payments also. Shocked

What the heck is going on?

Multiple incorrect iterations of Block 320234 showing in the Last Blocks table are under investigation, we will advise outcome as soon as possible.

Is it me or are we getting nothing but orphans all day mining WDC?

The scrypt pool seems broken.

All, the issue with Multipool from yesterday is now resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Details regarding the issue are here https://support.cex.io/hc/en-us/articles/203500013-11th-September-2014-Multipool-downtime-Resolved-

Just looking to double check with you guys, if I create a work such as [username].s1-1 that won't work, correct? I tried a few days ago and my S1 was submitting shares, they just weren't being counted by the pool. Once I removed the "-" everything was fine and my shares began to be accepted.

Glad to see it finally showing up (even though the delete button just hides the workers).  How about sorting the workers better next?  Right now my workers are this big jumbled mess.  It would look a lot nice if they were alphabetical.

If you click on the heading of any of the columns relating to the workers you can rank by number, name, hashrate etc. Have you tried that?

All GHash.IO users,

We thank-you for your inputs in this thread.

The ability to delete old workers has been an issue on the table for some-time and many users have communicated to us the feature would be good to add. Users also recently raised the same issue here. We do listen to inputs and are pleased to be able to inform everyone that the feature to delete old workers has been implemented and is working.

Glad to see it finally showing up (even though the delete button just hides the workers).  How about sorting the workers better next?  Right now my workers are this big jumbled mess.  It would look a lot nice if they were alphabetical.
