I want this issue to be resolved gently. It is very unfair to keep my capital money waiting.

Thank you...
Hello Mate, sorry about the bad experience. The cloudbet customer service in this forum has not been responding to complaints for a long time, Especially after Ronnie @ Cloudbet left the job or got replaced. I am seeing similar complaints in casino guru, but they are unable to help due to lack of expertise in sports betting,

Cloudbet Casino - Player's winning payout delayed due to Integrity Investigation.

My suggestion is try your luck a file a complaint with askgamblers (https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint) make sure you read the complaints guidelines before file one.
They seem very active in responding to issues over there, and you might get your also resolved in the shortest time possible.

@andrefgf89 - Thanks for getting in touch via our meta thread, sorry I didn't find this thread sooner.

(Thanks to @Royse for pointing them the right way!)

I've passed on your details to a support team leader and asked them to get in touch with you directly as soon as they have some information to share on the delay.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Hi There; i am the member of cloudbet since 2022 i lost lots of bet. May be i lost nearly 80-100 K Usd on cloudbet.

İ bet all kind of sports on cloudbet, tennis, basketball, football and etc.

3 weeks ago i bet a basketball team to loose -22.5 handicap, and the mach finished 83-87 and i lost 6000 USD, yesterday i bet same team win the match avarage rate 2.62, i bet 12876 usd and i won 33804 usd. i was happy to winning the match because it is not easy match and the match finished and my team won.

İ have lots of witdrawals on the cloudbet, and every withdrawal comes in 30 minutes. first i tried to withdraw 33800 usd, its waited nearly 2 hours, after that i canceled it, and i seperate 7500 7500 7500 6000 usd.

i have waited nearly 3 hours more...

Than i tried to reach my account, but i couldnt. Than i sent cloudbet an email and asked them the situation.

They reply me; Your account is blocked while we conduct a betting integrity investigation. Please note that this process can take up to 6 months.

İ am betting more than 15 years, i am using 1xbet more than 7 years, i totaly loosed nearly 2 million dolars on betting. İ never suffered this hard sitiuation.

İ know cloudbets reliable bet company. they said me the investigation can takes 6 months. they can see all my bets, what kind of games i bet, if i know any match fixing how i lost the money on the same team? and why i am loosing money all the time?

just the one time i won, and they closed my account.

I want this issue to be resolved gently. It is very unfair to keep my capital money waiting.

Thank you...

@game-protect - I can understand that you need something to do to fill your time when you aren't actively begging for donations for your affiliate/lottery service, but gravedigging old support threads to bump with the same copypasted lines aren't going to win you many friends or customers.

He should immediately ask support from Cloudbet main thread  (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cloudbet-sportsbook-and-casino-bet-with-btc-and-bch-100-deposit-bonus-333552)  to be able to resolve his issue quickly imagine It takes a year to resolve this case but most important this case is already solved and OP got his winnings congrats and for the meantime @op you may now closed this thread.

Is this issue meanwhile solved?

The below conversation means they issue has been resolved.

@andrefgf89 - I've just received an update that your checks are complete, you should be able to log into your account as usual. Apologies again for the delay.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet
This means we are looking at another successful resolution of cloudbet issue? Good to hear it. I hope users were more active resolving the issues with the support system instead in a public place. I have no idea what trigger them to become public.

Anyway, looking forward to hear from the OP. I am sure he is a happy man or will be a happy man soon.

Cheers :-)

In my case, ive tried many times and for a long time to resolve with the support system.Very clear what trigger me hehehe.

Anyway,I am very happy indeed,if i knew that it will be this quick,i would made this public a long time ago!

Thank you for the help too.

Ronnie from cloudbet seems like a nice enough guy but why does Cloudbet always have accusations against them when a large amount of btc is won.  Seems like they are very hesitant to let anyone withdraw big wins but at least this guy got his money out eventually.

You need to be 100% correct about the username and the email. Dig the email to find the info they sent after registration or any other emails. You may find the correct username.

Dont know if you guys can help me...If not,i guess i will have to file a complaint with the Curaçao eGaming. Not sure if its going to help either

Beware of Cloudbet,if you loose they take you money,if you win, they just block your account and thats it...
Why did it take this much time to come up with an accusation, what was your cloudbet user name and wait for the team to respond for the reason for holding back your account, you have to provide some details regarding that, they will not scam for a single bitcoin as they are in this market for a long time and as far as i know they have sorted every accusation they had.

Well, the problem is,they are refusing to pay me the single btc one way or the other...i dont think they are scammers, but they acting like they are.

Ive sent everything they ask for,a year ago,and waited, everytime i talk to Molly on live chat,i accepeted her answer and waited...well i am tired of waiting, thats why i started this topic.Hopefully they will respond now,at least give me an update on the situation and a reason for this to be taking this long...

I hope mine will be resolved too.I dont mind provinding info,i dont have the deposit info anymore. And its really not about the deposit, ive depoisit only about 0.013btc made some multiple bets i was sure i was gona loose, got lucky, tried to withdrawal my 1.031btc winnings account got blocked and here we are...

Sorry for any mistakes english is not my first language

Edit.I foud the deposit info. The transaction hash is: 8a77056fb4213fa06500d0ce3e0b8ed119189fac379ec24e3467801279290dbf

So you got luck and won the rest.

So this was your deposit address: 12phVJwjnn3k8VtDCywJeQPkavzEhDyTqj (from the tx by the way)

The input addresses were:
3NrTf9Q2amgZLkESJzvCF5enRdjwQNwFvb
1PRxEkG23q1GhSkVP7C2TtRB3R3U5GhBi9
14XasBqi7gFjEusHGNiW7pHbUxhLr2uL3k

I see another deposit to the same address (0.111BTC) and the input address is:
1PTbQd4GGx3fPNEvMXsXEo5kzkdR7bE7Rx
Was this yours too?

Anyway, since you have the money from the winning and since your account is inactive (I think), we need to wait and trust Cloudbets statements. Let's see what they say about it.

In the mean time do you have your username and other stuffs like email address that was used to create the account? If you have then have them ready. You may need them.

Edit: Do you know how to sign a Bitcoin address?

Cloudbet recently paid out a 330BTC win. They are not going to scam you over 1BTC. I get the feeling you’re not telling us the whole truth here, OP.

Edit - Also, why have you waited over a year to make this public?

Yes,thats why i decided to make this post,i saw that other issues were resolved. So i hope they are not scaming me.

I was trusting to resolve the matter.Obviously they are not, and  i really dont know how to make them at least tell me what the problem is,since they dont answer my emails...I took all this time to make this public because i really never believed they would refuse to pay me 1btc but time went by and now its been a year...i dont have nothing to hide, like i said,i can send them whatever they want to prove who i am...

~snip~

We have seen several issues and these kind of scam against cloudbet but in my knowledge most of them were resolved, even the one with 330BTC. I suggest you to contact in their ANN topic and seek attention of Cloudbet.

I do not think team Ronnie is going to scam you only for 1 BTC. You will have your money back if everything bring out with enough evidence.

Do you mind bringing more information like deposit tx etc?
.
