@Angry0ne Really glad to hear it! Apologies again for the delay, I'm going to be working with our support teams over the next few weeks to improve the procedure for escalating support issues via social media and forums.

As for the sports lines our teams are currently in the process of updating our sportsbook with some quality of life improvements, as well as increasing limits, better odds, and lower minimum stakes. An unfortunate side effect is that some lines have to be manually re-added, which they are working though now.

In the meantime if you have any specific lines (I've already given them a poke about handball for you Wink) that you'd like to see prioritised then please let me know and I'll pass that on to our sportsbook teams.

Thanks very much, have a great day!

25days and I have finally received my BTC !

Thanks Ronnie for your help (even tough it took so long Wink ).

I have another question regarding your offer.
You've wrote in one of previous posts that soon your offer will be back to normal standards. When does it happen?
You have stopped offering handball in March at all.
Then in June also  cut offer on Soccer to just a few games per day.

When can we expect everything to come back to all good standards of CB ?

Once again thanks!

@StratisKing If you are experiencing any delay with withdrawals then please PM me your Cloudbet nickname and I'll contact our support teams to find out the reason for the delay and get your payment processed as soon as possible.

We always strive to provide withdrawals as fast as possible and the vast majority of payments are processed instantly, however sometimes delays can occur during peak times. In some cases we also have to investigate the accounts in question manually if flags have been raised during the automated process.

@game-protect Both myself and @N1CKH0LAS (a trusted forum user) explained how the rollover works in our posts above. Calling other players stupid isn't a great way to entice people to 'donate' to your 'google law' service.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

17 days passed Ronnie, still no reply from support/payment team, how long it may take ?

I was at 17 days, cancelled my withdrawal and put in withdrawals for smaller amounts and they processed them. Rubbish site.

What you mean by smaller? I have already in pending one bigger withdrawal for 17 days and smaller for a 5-7 days as well.

I cancelled the larger amount withdrawal, and requested a smaller amount withdrawal, waited for that to clear. Then repeated the process.

You explained that you demand to wager the whole deposit at least once to be able to withdraw after a victim has fallen into your trap and I explained that your demand has no legal basis and is illegal!

How is this related to donate to GP? Victims donate to Fraudbet and not to GP!  Cheesy

We do not assist Fraudbet cases and we do not want to entice people to donate for our 'google law' service.

I am not saying it is not possible to find responsible people behind your scam, but we have enough to do with cases where the operator and responsible parties are already known. Smiley

Why have't you bothered opening a scam accusation yet? If they aren't giving you the service as expected, you are free to open a scam accusation to warn others about their service. If they can accept high volume deposits, they shouldn't have any problems processing withdrawals for the same.

If you think you have given them sufficient time and haven't got a convincing reply yet, please open a scam accusation.

@Angry0ne I'm really sorry for the wait. I've sent a message to our payment teams to get an explanation for the delay and try to push your withdrawal through as a priority, our support teams should be in touch very soon but if you experience any further delay please PM me and I'll chase this up for you.

@JeanCGP Always nice to hear from a satisfied customer! Thanks for using our service! Grin

It's called "rollover" in sports betting and it's a common requirement among most of the bookies, including the biggest name int he industry. Back in the days, the rollover was like 2-3x the initial amount even on Pinnacle if you wanted a free withdrawal, for example. A 1x rollover is actually quite a good offer from Cloudbet. You can bet it on a match with very big chances of winning ( 1.01 or 1.02 stake ) and this way the rollover problem will be solved, thus you should be able to withdraw.

Thanks for the detailed explanation, it was much clearer than my attempt!   Wink

I was scared of the bad publicity that it read here in the Bitcoin forum and I almost decided not to bet, I used CloudBet a lot in 2014-2015 and I thought it was the best bet website. I'm back for this 2018 World Cup and I double my bed. My personal expirense for the Withdraw and the deposit was almost instantaneous. CloudBet 2018 IS PAYING!! The max of waiting was 15min. A normal for BTC transaction. I'll keep betting a lot here because I've never had any problems and I had to register in this forum just to defend this betting page to which I'm faithful.

Come on guys, do not use fake accounts to boost up your reputation.

CLOUDBET is a fraud organization whose only goal is to steal BTC.

They have no LICENSE and their HEADQUATER is an empty store front!

The problem I have with them, they paid me smaller amount equal to what I've deposited. When I've few days later tried higher, which required manual acceptance, I'm waiting and waiting...

15 days now.

Ronnie will you reply?

@Mrwinson93 To address issues regarding money laundering we are unable to allow players to deposit and withdraw without using their balance, so you will need to play through your balance at least once to be able to withdraw. We have a 'How to deposit' article on the Cloudbet Blog which might give additional information: https://cbet.ly/2sYqTtD

What you are saying is, if I deposit 1 BTC into my account, as long as I bet at least once (whatever the amount, let it be 0.1 BTC), I am eligible to withdraw my full BTC amount.

But that is not the case for me, I am told that I can only request a withdrawal once I have played through 100% of my balance. That's mean I would have to wager all 1 BTC that I have deposited before I can withdraw them all.
Why did you deposit 1 BTC if you want to bet only 10% of it?

Whenever someone makes a deposit, they have to bet the entire balance all at once?
