Add something to your betslip, say at 2.0 odds. Watch the odds in the main window change to something like 2.4 (improve). Submit your bet at the original odds, and it will be confirmed at the original odds EVEN IF you have the "accept better odds" box checked. Now, if the odds became worse, say you added something at 2.0 and it decreased to 1.8, then your bet would be confirmed at 1.8.
These MOTHER FUCKERS do this shit all the time.

I agree that their support is not good but their sportsbooks is the best for me considering variety of sports their offer and at the same time, the odds they offer on live bets.

Cloudbet has always paid out my winnings but lately things haven't been great 
A few weeks ago I started noticing funds going missing when playing in the live casino - support was helpful, acknowledged the problem and credited the missing amount... I figured the issue should've been fixed af few days later but 8 days ago I got the annoying message "Your bet was not accepted" but was still deducted my balance. This happened twice in ten minutes, so I stopped playing.
I wrote support 8 days ago and again 4 days ago asking for an update... No update, no missing funds returned, nothing *SIGH* Just a canned reply of "your enquiry has been forwarded to the relevant department"
Technical difficulties I can understand, but having a not insignificant amount of money in limbo for a week+ like this is not acceptable

If you withdraw a lot of bitcoin, then you need to wait, if still not paid, otherwise they maybe scam. They can claim you are abuse their system or fraud, actually they are fraudster.
Isn't that how it always is with these shady bitcoin casinos? Once they get big enough and fat enough they start to not care anymore and will eventually run away with their tail between their legs. Because they just do not care to send out anymore btc / money and just cut their losses.If you haven't noticed yet they have failed to pay their live casino providers and from this has Blackjack missing from their games all the sudden. If that is not a sure fire way to see that they are in financial troubles then I don't know what would be apparent enough to see them going soon away from the casino scene.
Did you withdraw very big amount? They will delay the withdrawals if the amount is very big. If you don't get paid, maybe only scam accusation thread can help you get paid.

the amount you requested is big , my biggest withdrawal at cloudbet was around 0.4 BTC and it was instant
anyway there is nothing that you can do except waiting , cause cloudbet isn't active anymore here and it seems that they don't care about their customers
