1) This simply isn't the case - your live betting ticket WILL update to a better price, when there is a change.
If the price worsens, you will be asked to confirm. If the price gets better, you will get the better price.

2) Unfortunately, on some markets - usually in live - our limits are at higher. This is because of the cost of servicing some markets, in particular in live. We are hoping to reduce these minimums over time.

3) I agree that is unacceptable. If you encounter this, please let us know the specifics (including bet ID) and we will resolve the issue for you.

They claim to be licensed by "E-Gaming Montenegro", but visiting that website (https://e-gambling.me/) shows that company is clearly illegitimate. Game Protect - why don't you do what you claim to do (protect us), and contact the government of Montenegro. Let them know that Cloudbet is claiming to hold a license from a company within their jurisdiction. My bet is that "E-Gaming Montenegro" is not a recognized agency in Montenegro (and probably operates elsewhere). The sole reason for the existence of "E-Gaming Montenegro" is to trick people into thinking Cloudbet is licensed by a legitimate agency.

Cancelling a winning bet is definitely their fault, they called it was incorrect score because you won that, if you lost the bet, they would never refund the money you lose.

Kudos to Cloudbet! For the credit refund they did on their live casino.

 I last played 2 weeks ago on their live baccarat and I vaguely remember that there was some kind of misbets that wasn't accepted but I just thought the problem was my internet connection although I should've won on that deal well I just told myself "better luck next time".

Then a couple of days ago I received an email informing me that they credited my account upon learning from their technical team that indeed there were some live casino bets that were not processed correctly so they gave me back the winnings that I should've won during that time. Though it's not big amount but still I was elated on their integrity and honesty.
