@cloudbet what about me, you never dealt with my issues? you just sent me bulllshit email from these so called Cb reps, I waited nearly a week and still have never got an answer to my pms from you. I did get my coins but I will never ever gamble with you again. I think the site is crap and the sad part is for only 1 reason your sorry ass customer support. You dumbasses at CB forgot one thing the btc community is smaller than you think. You wasted alot of resources getting lots of sign ups and your sorry ass customer support is killing it. if you think I am full of shit do everyone in this thread a favor go back and see how many days you did not make a single comment from the day I started my complaint! answer that CB. PLease answer with how many days you did not make a single comment and tell me that is good customer support!

This happened to me and I got the same exact (literally the EXACT same) response as Hawks 87 received.
My bet ID is: 4026186
Also, you say that you communicate with SBR. I asked them to help me with this issue because Cloudbet would not. I emailed SBR on Feb. 2nd. Here was their response:

No yet right now, they need to integrate the e-sports betting platform so that they can have the e-sports betting. We know there are not many bookies offer e-sports but it will be in every bookie in 5 years.

Personally, used Cloudbet for a year or so now. I have had no major problems with the site, the most I had to wait was 10 hours or so for a withdrawal, Odds are decent specially on live betting.
But if Cloudbet would consider improving the live-betting system to speed-up the process, Had my bets rejected specially on fast moving lines like handicap plenty of times, and in few cases it was 15 seconds before the odds changed.
