I would like to know that is the delay in withdrawal is because you are doing everything manually and on a normal condition how much time will it take to see a normal withdrawal as i have heard delays while trying to withdraw money.

now, my account cant login. 2-step auth device always work before, after i make deposit more bigger arround 1.5k $ cloudbet just give an incorrect msg blame i put a code from my device. why u do that after i make a big deposit ?

Firstly, the speed at which a deposit is credited depends on how long it takes to get a confirmation on the blockchain. We can't control that speed I'm afraid. If you'd like to know what fee to include in order to get a confirmation quickly, check out this guide:

If they have a real license, they can still rip players off, unless you sue them, but the truth is that do players spend money on the case? If only a little money, the legal fees is more expensive than the money you lose.

the customer support they offer is pathetic. they have 4 or 5 people answering emails that can only copy and paste canned responses. they have one manager - the one that posts here - that investigates all issues where a customer keeps pressing/voicing concern which requires an actual investigation. the problem with cloudbet is that their investigations always result in their favor. cloudbet - if you fund my account (and lock it so i cant withdraw), i'll be happy to take videos of the odds not being honored at better prices even when the "accept better odds" button is checked.

This company is FAKE, and the website exists solely into tricking people to believe that Cloudbet and its sister sites hold a license.
Of course does E-Gambling Montenegro not hold a license from the government of Montenegro, otherwise they would state it on their website. Wink

This happened to me and I got the same exact (literally the EXACT same) response as Hawks 87 received.

Also, you say that you communicate with SBR. I asked them to help me with this issue because Cloudbet would not. I emailed SBR on Feb. 2nd. Here was their response:

1) This simply isn't the case - your live betting ticket WILL update to a better price, when there is a change.

2) Unfortunately, on some markets - usually in live - our limits are at higher. This is because of the cost of servicing some markets, in particular in live. We are hoping to reduce these minimums over time.

3) I agree that is unacceptable. If you encounter this, please let us know the specifics (including bet ID) and we will resolve the issue for you.

so if you are here help then why still there are a lot of errors happening on your site? Do you think it will sounds good to us if we see that occuring onwards? I think you should fix the pending big withdrawals first so that people cannot get annoyed and shout out that they have been compromised by the cloudbet site. Much better if you 0ut some huge amount on your hot wallets if possible so that at anytime people can withdraw with at ease.

All withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, including large ones. I can see that there are currently no large withdrawals in queue for approval - they have all been processed.

Isn't it funny that their representative just logged into to respond to all inquiries but avoid your post all together.
They don't even care about if you reveal their own colleagues personal info or not.
