Farewell LEO: o_e_l_e_o
I have used these guys for years with no real problems. I did have an issue recently with one of my bets and emailed them, I got a response from their support about 24hours later who told me they had passed it on to their betting department who gave me a response after a day or two. So support seems fine to me, but each to their own, there's plenty of reliable sites to use

24 hours, don't you think it is too long? Actuslly some grading issue is mpre than 24 hours, it sucks, especially popular games like NBA, they grade them very slowly, I can't endure it.
in this time and era...taking 24 hours to grade a game should not be acceptable and why should they be the only sportsbook to be taking this long??? Support better improve as well, hope they are not relying on the bad press is still good press myth.

6. Bonuses

6.1. Cloudbet reserves the right to cancel any bonus or bonus program (including, but not limited to deposit bonuses, reload bonuses and loyalty program) with immediate effect if we believe the bonus has been set up incorrectly or is being abused, and if said bonus has been paid out then we reserve the right to decline any withdrawal request and to deduct such amount from your account. Whether or not a bonus is deemed to be set up incorrectly or abused shall be determined solely at the discretion of Cloudbet.

6.2 Terms and conditions of First Deposit Bonus

-        Your bonus is earned when you collect loyalty points by playing our selection of sports and casino games.

-        We’ll release 0.01 bitcoin for every 800 loyalty points you earn. These 0.01 BTC increments will appear directly in your Cloudbet betting account, up to the maximum amount of five bonus bitcoin.

-       The minimum deposit to receive a bonus is 0.01 BTC

-        You have a total of 365 days to earn all the loyalty points needed to earn the bonus after initially activated.

-        You can view your bonus balance on your player dashboard at any time, as well as the amount of loyalty points needed to release the next increment.

Quick question, how hard is it to accumulate those loyalty points?
What's the rule to gain X points e.g. is it for every Y gambled, you gain X points?.

Looking for an answer from someone who's played a decent amount or admin.
This would be the page to get what you want https://www.cloudbet.com/en/rewards
From someone with plenty of loyalty points
it's quite hard for me playing in the sportsbook, here's the equation

Quote
Loyalty points = stake (in mBTC) x price score (up to 1)
The price score is the square root of the odds, minus one (decimal odds). The maximum price score is 1.

So if it's 1.7 then it would be x0.7 and if it was 2 then 1, in case it was +2 i.e 3 it would still be one, You need to wager around a bitcoin at odds of 2 to win 1000 loyalty therefore getting 1 bitcent.

The odds and live betting is quite good there though, partially filling for the lack of bonuses and "useful" deposit bonus..

Thank you for your answer.
In regards to your last sentence, it seems to me that Nitrogen always have better odds. Although they literally have no bonuses.

Nothing lasts forever
Hello cloudbet team .
Actually yesterday I made a post  for
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1757694.new#new
the system of handicap in the tennis game but didn't got any help , but there was only one suggestion to ask here .
Now here  I want ask you directly .

My question : is it possible that in a tennis game , that the both players results into handicap or non-handicap ( I think it may be the condition of draw the match due to equal performance ).

if yes than what will happen if I placed my bet for either of one player .
will my all bet at that player will loss or refund . ( fully confused  help )

In case of a draw, your bet will be returned to you.
Are you sure , or just making posts to make earning from campaign . Sad

Its normally happen on bitcoins since this coin made to be anonymous and many bad people take the oppurtunity to do bad things since they know people will get a hard time to trace them, and also in cloudbets issue i think the very best thing we need to do is stop playing here, they cannot take care of us and their support is so slow thats why surely this problems will repeat again and occur to others.
You can use Bitcoins and at the same time you are registered or at least the operator is known, so you can initiate legal action against the owner / management of the site. Using Bitcoins does not mean = anonymous operator, but anonymous scammers use of course the anonymous Bitcoins.

@phillivey, you should know that these days its more of a dead casino. I think the founder or developer has given up on it, and is simply letting it run as a side business. The support itself checks in like once a week.

The downside of that is the risk of a scam happening in the future. If your money gets stuck or is not withdraw able due to some bug, then your post might get burried among other complains here.

Cloudbet really ruined their big name. They established for years and it's really not good if all of a sudden they have many unresolved issues. That's why I stopped using their service for the meantime.

How come the betting options are updated but problems are being not solved. If the operations continues then it is just a scam attempt. Hope we can have a clearer response for the owner itself.

The OP has not said something here for a long time, it is weird, will cloudbet be an exit scam? I am afraid that because there are so many people bet here.

No I don't think it will be an exit scam or something. Like I said in my post, I think they are just letting it go as far as they can and are not manning the operation. I am sure they would earn a lot more money just letting it run than do an exit scam and just steal the funds left by people in their accounts.

I hope they will not be an exit scam, although bitcoin is decentralized, too many scam scandals make new investors keep bitcoin away, it makes negative inflence to the business in bitcoin ecosystem
