I don't understand why half my cashouts are instant and the other half take 10-15 hours. I bet the same (mostly mainstream sports), all my deposits are confirmed and i have never had an issue with the site. Let me clarify, i always end up getting my cashouts, but what is the criteria? I play on the site because the ability to get instant cashouts is very appealing over the competition, but now more often than not i have to wait 10-15 hours. Generally my cashouts are in the range of 2-5 coins.
I was thinking maybe it was because i was using the mobile version on my phone sometimes and my cell phone IP is different, but that didn't seem to change anything. Whats the deal?

So I got paid for putting them on all my parlays last night.You fixed the parlay for live betting now so that is a plus for your site in my eyes.
Keep up offering promotions on big time games like the other sites bitcasino.io & vegascasino.io (underdog team to win or no bet on 50mbtc - Real madrid vs Atletico madrid was last one they ran) then all is forgiven from me on past problems with the site
Increasing limits means you can bet more money on the games now. usually its limited by how much their bankroll is, but seems they have upped it on these games.
I noticed when betting on 1X2 Half that it only allows you to bet a certain amount minimum. Like if I was to put 0.001btc on this it would tell me you need to place a bet of 0.059btc to make that bet at half time.
This was before the match started obviously. But this seems to be the reverse of that where you are unlimited to how much you want to bet. But only limited to how much you have in your account balance.

I've created like 3 accounts for litteraly no reason..
The second one that I created was because I forgot the password and was to lazy to check my mail or whatever.
Now I can't access CloudBet.Any possible way you can help me with this?
Maybe delete all my accounts and let me open only 1 or smth like that..

Hi guys, can someone help me here how can I know the total wager of my account in cloudbet.com (All Games). Because I want to compare this cloudbet to www.directbet.eu . DirectBet gave me 20 mbtc for every 5 BTC bet I made. Since I started playing in cloudbet I haven't received any loyalty bonus just like DirectBet did.
You should be able to see your loyalty points on cloudbet and then you can do the math based on how many points you earn for loyalty. However cloudbet doesn't have a reward system like DB. They just give out rewards in the beginning.

That is violation of property rights,and you can sue them as well!They are Indians with Montenegro licence for opening a bet site..
You can manage your own lawyer and start a court case against them.

Cloudbet, I am raising this matter here as your support team is a bunch of trolls fooling people around, they need a training before they can get to the job.

It was a bet on cricket match where delivery scores are not considered as stated on your sportsbook rules. Instead, cloudbet decided to add the delivery scores and making me lose my bet, which I actually won.
I wrote to support to raise the matter and it took them only a week to tell me that only 5 delivery scores are not considered, 1-2 scores are ignored under this law. This is never said in your sportsbook. It is stupid at it sounds.
Same thing happened to me for almost 6 times in the past and each time I contacted support, it was fixed. Examples are BET ID 2386378 and BET ID 3324561.
Interestingly, I almost lose 10 bets following the same law in the past. So please refund me my money, otherwise I will dispute the 10 bets that you made me lose under the same law. This is how you reward your loyal customers. Such a disgrace!
