Still nothing from Cloudbet. It's been over 48 hours since the transaction confirmed. No response other than wrongly closing the support ticket. Shameful.

Cloudbet support told me that all my deposits have been processed, however it still shows pending on my account. Shady, shady business

Contact the support and be patient, your case is rare, so you need to wait their manual credit to your account.

I have a deposit that still shows pending despite 85 confirmations, so I am unable to withdraw. I contracted support 5 hours ago and have yet to get a resolution. Disappointing.

Cloudbet do not reply to messages fast, they choosing when and which message they will reply to. Why u get blocked?

Proof of address - such as a utility bill or bank statement, dated within the past 3 months.

You should not gave them any personal documents and how do you'd really sure of it was Cloudbet and not someone who tries to steal your identity?
If your account doesnt have a balance just forget it.

Because obviously he is contacting the support on the cloudbet site that's why he gave his credential easily. I think his identity is safe for the admin,
I will never believed that cloudbet will block your account without any reason , How much balance do you have on your balance? I used cloudbet for over the years and i wagered a total of 3btc and i never experience that issue, My only query now is the slow withdrawal process.

There is surely something I'm missing here nad need some help from someone more experienced or cloudbet staff themselves.
I'm checking the odds of an english premier league footbal match and in particular am interested in correct score 0-0 odds. In the very same event iin this moment I can see this:
Total goals exact: 0 => 16.57
Which team to score: none => 16.63
Last team to score: none => 15.68
Correct score : 0:0 => 14:23
Any explanation?
Also I would like to understad what these bets are about? What are those booking points or total number of bookings listed here?

Horrible customer service. These clowns take forever to pay out but to deposit and take your money they are quick.

I have lost thousands here.. and when i do win they always make up some bullshit to extend payout. If they are having trouble paying 1 BTC its coming to an end. Bet elsewhere. Directbet or Nitrogen.. they dont have a big choice of live in play nut at least get your money quick.

How much did you withdraw? Maybe you withdrew too much money, so they need time to check your status, to ensure your betting is clear and no fraudulent.
The amount for withdraw now is 1BTC only. I have some more btc there in account but i am playing with it.

There so many issue regarding to pending state upon their withdrawal and the best thing you could do for that problem is to show some proofs here so people could see that the problem you experience are occuring again and might those could be a red flag if they ignored your problem if still you posted a valid proof and also send them many tickets as you can and get into their nerves so their support would be done ignoring you and take action regarding to this one.

Have you tried to widthraw at less amount? Like between .1 - .5 btc? Im not sure but if they manually checking widthrawals from 1 btc above it will take look. and this site is one of the slowest in this matter that i know from previous reports.
