How much did you withdraw? Maybe you withdrew too much money, so they need time to check your status, to ensure your betting is clear and no fraudulent.
The amount for withdraw now is 1BTC only. I have some more btc there in account but i am playing with it.
1 BTC still pending.

did cloudbet have always so week lines?
for example:
European League - Rapid Vienna vs. Sassuolo .... 2,02 - 3,15 - 3,13 = 88,34%
In some live events has also same numbers ...
Some events definitely have a higher margin, probably because it's a more minor league. If you check other books, they probably still have similar odds. EPL games have a margin that is a lot lower, as it's a more popular game. I don't know if they were always that weak (probably were), but there is probably a good reason behind it. did cloudbet have always so week lines?

Mine has taken about 2 days in the past and since then I have stopped playing on the site. Start a scam accusation on the forum. This gets them to act immediately and release your withdrawal. Probably the best way to go about it if they don't bother replying here.
no need to rush for that , I never had such a problem with cloudbet so relax
they may delay it but I'm sure they will pay , creating a scam accusation won't help you at all ( technically cloudbet isn't a scam )
create a support ticket and this may helps ( yes the supports sucks , but there is nothing else you can do at the moment )
I haven't had any problems either, but I just don't play there anymore due to the lack of support. Scam accusation doesn't does anything bad to cloudbet. It just gets them to start paying attention to the issues which improves the player experience on the site.

Did you email their support? Actually their support is the worst in gambling industry, worst in bitcoin casinos. Maybe they have earned lots of money so they don't care about customers.

If your widthrawal is big i think they manually do this. How long your widthrawal is taking at this point?
It has been more than 12 hours and i am still waiting for payment. I have more than 3+ BTC pending for withdraw.
