Hasn't happened to me, but a friend of mine has told me this sort of thing has happened with him, after he was continuously winning. His Bets had gotten limited.

I believe it would change on how much money they have. They don't go all in against any customer. But the limit should probably be close to 1-5 BTC.

I think its a huge demand and a failure of system. Its one of the first sportsbook that I visited when I got introduced to bitcoin, so I am sure its the same for most of the people. However its also a failed system because they are not able to effectively check for Hackers or people taking advantage of the system, which I believe is the reason for them to manually grade a lot of bets.
