Hello, I have been trying to get an issue taken care of with you support. It only has ended in horrid pain for me.

So basically here is what happened:
I withdrew BTC to the wrong address. I did what I thought was best and contacted cloudbet support as fast as I could. They told me that my issue would be sorted out shortly. This is when the user "Cloudbet Support" was replying to me. Since they told me it would get taken care of, I did not think to take any other measures to ensure that my BTC would be sent to the correct address. I should not have trusted the support and taken extra measures to ensure it would get taken care of. The support told me that all transactions that were of high amounts (in my case it was 3.0 BTC) are manually reviewed by the team before being sent out. About 18 hours later I check and they sent out the bitcoins. So not only did the support lie to me, I just lost 3 BTC.

Now here is the catch. Another support person contacted me trying to explain that I sent the coins to the wrong address. I got that. I don't need to be told what I already know. The support person then started to lie to me. You can see what they said in the last screenshot. This person refused to refund because of their support lying.

I look forward to seeing your reply on this now public issue. I really don't want to handle this privately anymore. I am not going to take the chance of being lied to even more.

We do not manually review bitcoin withdrawal address (nor do we ever claim to do this), as correct practice is to use each wallet address for a single transaction.

In your case, you requested a withdrawal to a valid bitcoin address, which we processed instantly. You only contacted our support after your withdrawal had already been broadcasted to the blockchain. I appreciate our support staff said they would look into it, but the transaction was already broadcast and funds already sent and therefore unfortunately we were not able to help you at all. Furthermore, we see that the funds have now been spent from the address it was sent to. I can also see that the address was only used for the first time 24 hours prior. Additionally, I can see that you have made successful deposits and withdrawals to your Cloudbet account since then. Therefore, I suggest you contact your wallet service provider to see if they can help you.

I am updating. I received a reply. They said they are looking into it and the issue is more complicated than they thought. I will add my btc is still stuck in the game(I assume I have not checked again since). I do hope if this takes a long time they will credit it back to me. Also I initially deposited 5btc to get the full bonus and after this issue withdrew 4.5 btc. It did transfer but it took almost 24hrs. So anyone waiting on a withdrawl. It probably won't be instant give it at least a day.

5btc? You are lucky they pay you back. Dont do it if you didnt read the previous post again because this will put your widthrawal on pending if you get stuck into a unlucky situation like what everyone elses here

Many issues of widthrawals were reported before you. You should be aware of this in the first place before you use this site

The site is used to be nice when it comes in odds and its betting options. But why the developer has no care for customers? Ive been here for long and i was one of the cloudbet bettor but after those consistent issues that never been fixed i decided to stay away from this site before trouble comes at me. I doubt the site daily income cant able to pay a better developer to do improvement for this site.

I would be cautious with cloudbet. My very first bet with them I decided to try out their craps game. I bet on the PASS line and once the pin was set I bet on both odds and a place bet on the 6. I rolled and got the error server delay too long disconnected. I reloaded the game and still had my bet in play so I tried again, the same bet. Same error. I did this about 4 more times with the same result. At that point I contacted support. They told me that the game was still playable and that the error happens sometimes. They said just reload and try again. I did this 5 more times and same error. It seemed like it was caused by placing a place bet. I told them this and they said they need some time to fix it.

That is fine but the problem is my bitcoin is now stuck in a game I cannot play. I emailed support asking if I could get my bitcoin back and have not heard back from them since early last week.

bet placemet in Ie11  still does not work (i cleared all data, login, try to place, so i went back this time to firefox,  i have to always login/logout clear cache and change browser  to be able to place a bet chrome/firefox,ie)

As I see cloudbet started limiting thrir users or me

while i can see max stake: 2.573 BTC i could place only 0.5 BTC because if i gave higher stake i got "Please reduce your stake and try again."

Earlier cloudbet adjusted the stake to max stake but now you have to figure out what is your max stake ( for example typing:  1.0,  0.9, 0.8, 0.7 ,0.6, 0.5 and click to place button )


If you try to place another bet on the same market you will get the same error:  "Please reduce your stake and try again."    
You have to reduce your stake below  0.03 BTC to be able to place another bet on the same market . Earlier  in this case you got other type of error:  you have already placed a bet on this market so we removed it from your betslip .   So you could not place another bet on the same market , now you can under 0.03 BTC  Wink   (or perhaps you could place earlier too if you used other browser with cleared cache/cookie)
