I like how I get 10 different emails telling me 'We're looking into this' today instead of just processing my payout.
It took them at least 30 seconds to send those 10 emails, and it would have taken 3 seconds to send a payout.

Please have a heart and process my payout. I am trying to get action down on another bet and you guys didn't have the line listed.
PLEASE. 24 hours for a bitcoin payout is ridiculous. Takes 3 seconds to send a payout. 3 seconds is all I'm asking.
I don't get how you can have an employee advertising on your twitter account but can't have 3 seconds to send a customer their funds? 3 seconds. I signed up for cloudbet under the impression it was an instant payout/deposit book like any other book... now my funds are just being hijacked... This is not how you build a customer base.

Wow... my cloudbet payout has been 'PENDING' all day... sent several emails, reached out on twitter and nothing...
24 hours? No, completely unacceptable. I moved the funds to access a better line for a bet. What kind of bitcoin website has 24 hour waits for payouts? The entire point of bitcoin gambling is to access your funds quickly and efficiently.... what a joke!!!!!

Cloudbet, I wager on a tennis game Rybarikova, Magdalena V Vinci, Roberta and at 2nd set Vinci quit the game, and my wager was voided.
I took the moneyline live and I'm sure all moneyline stand because first set had complete it.
Please adjust my wager.

Cloudbet, did you slash your limits by half?
On live soccer I was able to bet/win 1.6BTC up until yesterday, now only half of it (0.8BTC) and on live NBA I was able to bet/win 5.2BTC and now only 2.6BTC. Also I cannot place more than 1 bet on the same outcome anymore while before yesterday this was still possible.
Is this temporary or lasting? And why did you do this? I thought you advertise with high limits?

Copa Libertadores soccer live (limits are only 0.8 BTC approximately at odds evens) and NBA moneyline live (limits are approximately 2.6 BTC at odds evens). Both those limits used to be the exact double amount of this up until 2 days ago.
Did you half your limits? If so why and will this be lasting?
I don't think I need to give you my account details, unless you limit customers individually which I don't think is the case?

Since today I suddenly have a max win of approx. 2.6BTC on every NBA game. That is 2.6 to stake or to win.
AND I cannot place the same bet twice.
Before today I could win approx. 5BTC on NBA and place as many bets as I liked.
Anybody else have this also? Did Cloudbet lower general limits by half or just for me?

bet placemet in Ie11 still does not work (i cleared all data, login, try to place, so i went back this time to firefox, i have to always login/logout clear cache and change browser to be able to place a bet chrome/firefox,ie)
As I see cloudbet started limiting thrir users or me
while i can see max stake: 2.573 BTC i could place only 0.5 BTC because if i gave higher stake i got "Please reduce your stake and try again."
Earlier cloudbet adjusted the stake to max stake but now you have to figure out what is your max stake ( for example typing: 1.0, 0.9, 0.8, 0.7 ,0.6, 0.5 and click to place button )
If you try to place another bet on the same market you will get the same error: "Please reduce your stake and try again."
You have to reduce your stake below 0.03 BTC to be able to place another bet on the same market . Earlier in this case you got other type of error: you have already placed a bet on this market so we removed it from your betslip . So you could not place another bet on the same market , now you can under 0.03 BTC
(or perhaps you could place earlier too if you used other browser with cleared cache/cookie)

Are there issue with Live Sports? Any games I chose to play got rejected citing bet was remove from my bet list as odds is not available. Constantly for like 5 different games. Was my account banned from making Inplay bets?
