I do appreciate your service since it has the biggest market and bet options available in tennis betting (especially ITF's) of all sportsbooks (even non bitcoin books), your tennis odds are even better than bet365s.
But on the other hand your customer support is the worst I have ever witnessed. I haven't received one proper answer from your support team, it's all the same automatic generated bs you get, even if you send a blank e-mail to [email protected].
To be fair, this delay of grading is the first time I am having issues with your service. Every other transaction has been A+ and i never had a reason to contact your CS.
But since I had to contact you, your support wasn't able to respond to an issue that could have been solved in less than a minute, that is just terrible.
I do understand that the grading of bets may take some time, but anything above 6 hours after the official result has been posted on the event page on YOUR WEBSITE is just ridiculous.
Your book has the potential to become a big player in the betting industry, but if you don't improve the way to communicate properly with your customers i don't see this happening.

Replace the "place bet" button to "submit button"
On the next "page" : "confirm button" and "cancel button"
This is how it works at every other sports bookmaker
This is the standard method in the sport betting industry.
Also put a "Accept better odds" checkbox (at least on live betting)
If the odds or line gets modified while bet placement in progress then you have to accept the bet with the better odds/line not the previous worse odds/line .

Please note that although most withdrawals will be processed immediately, sometimes they can take up to 24 hours.
forzendiablo - automated withdrawals for affiliates are enabled on a case-by-case basis. Contact your affiliate manager (or PM me your email address) and we'll look into whether or not we can enable automatic withdrawals for your affiliate account.

Do you have any proof that most withdrawals are processed immediately?
In any event, people gamble with BTC do it for the quick payouts. You've lost me as a customer until you can guarantee what payouts will be automatic like the rest of the bitcoin payouts in the industry, and which ones will arbitrarily will be held until someone decides to hit some keys into a computer 18 hours later.
Could you PM me your email address? I'll look into the reasons why your withdrawal specifically was not processed automatically.
